RUDE!!! I need it assistance with a banker and the person in the teller line suggested online banking for my needs. However, I know that doing what I needed to get done CO will need to confirm documents. “That is why I needed to see a banker” I didn’t mind how long my wait for an appointment will take. This person did not even bother to pulled up the appointment log. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for CO to contact me. After that I will wait longer to finally do what I needed to get done. I understand understaffing however you don’t need to be a robot and repeat yourself. Be a human an try to understand clients needs. Specially when the client is cooperating. This is what makes a good client have bad experience.

Been coming to this location since 2015. Drive thru ATM is always in service and tellers inside have always been pleasant. I’m grateful to have a reliable CO in the area

I just arrive to make a new account, and I waited about 30 minutes for my turn.. then they told me that I had to make an appointment.. I waited 30 minutes for what? Other capital one bank do not request appointment. This management is terrible, and terrible customer service!

This branch deposited my check and cash into other person’s account. That is crazy! That is because they input the wrong personal info into their system and they did not double check the account info before deposit the money. I don’t know how come the don’t have SOP for handling our assets. How can I trust this bank? They want to few days to fix the mistake. I just hope to take back my money soon and switch to other banker. Capital made too many mistakes. If I can, I will rate zero star.

I have no complaint about this branch but the whole institution. It has to be the most incompetent one I've done business with since I walked out of Ft Jackson a free man more than 45 years ago. Last fall, logged onto my account and saw a notice that we'd get a new credit card just before Thanksgiving. When the left overs were all gone, still no credit card. Phoned customer service and was told they'd not sent a new card and was treated as if I was some sort of idiot. The notice came and went for several weeks before it disappeared permanently. Wrote a letter to the bank president asking what was up and got no reply. Then my wife said her debit card was expiring New Year's Eve. Called the bank and was told we'd get it soon, but we never did. Went to a "cafe" for "help." Got a new debit card but no explanation for what happened to the one sent us. Then I ordered more checks. They never came. Called the vendor and was told they'd been sent to the bank's address of record--a house we sold four years ago and haven't lived in since. What to do? Call the bank because only they could fix this. Sure they can. Thankfully, the folks who bought our house had the checks, and when I picked them up this AM, guess what? My wife's debit card--not credit card, see above--was there, mailed before Thanksgiving. Don't bank with these people. They're totally incompetent and don't give a good goddam about you.

This lady name Eillen at the Gaithersburg branch needs music job I'm going to file complaint about her I want to file a complaint on her for messing up my account have money of mine hole for 3 days is wrong not their money it's mine this Bank sucks I don't like this blank assume because of my account and going back with PNC Bank

Went to the Goshen location to make a transaction but they said it would be over 45 minutes to speak to someone. They sent me to this location and said they'd call and say I was coming over. Unfortunately there was nobody working there at the desk either.

Amazing at the usual grumpy people reviewing... This is a very nice branch with people that are always extremely polite and helpful, they even offer you coffee while you wait to deposit a check. Those 1 star barkers, get a life.

Recently visited this location and there were only 2 tellers. The line moved incredibly slow because one of the tellers had to also assist customers waiting at the drive thru ATM. If you can, I'd recommend using the ATM outside the bank.
