I had the honor of participating in a Culture Tour led by Joshua Lavine, CEO of Capitol Benefits, recently. I'm truly impressed by his willingness to allocate time from his hectic schedule to assist me with my organization. It was invigorating to discover how he actively contributes to shaping the culture within his own organization. Through our conversation, it became apparent that he genuinely cares for and prioritizes the well-being of his staff, a quality he clearly takes pleasure in maintaining.

The Agency helped us switch to a new insurance carrier for auto, condo owner, plus umbrella policies. The process was efficient and a smooth transition, saving us in annual cost. We have had an auto claim for property damage due to an accident. The liability was handled in a helpful manner, and gave us several options for the repair work. We did get fairly speedy action by a local approved repair facility.

Very happy with Erie Insurance!Tina Sanazzaro, my insurance agent, is excellent, and I feel like a person, not a number. She is very personable and it's nice to know that I have "my very own agent" who is always there for me when I have a question or concern or anything at all. Also, I am satisfied with the price that I'm paying for the 4 policies I have with Erie.THANK YOU ERIE FOR BEING A GOOD INS COMPANY!
