He was prompt, courteous, and knew his products. I selected a carpet and he put the rest into action. The workers that handled the install, led by Ariv, were terrific. They got right to work, moved furniture, disassembled the bed, then put all back when finished. They were courteous, left the area spotless, and the carpet looks beautiful. The price was excellent too!”

“Normandy cleaned and repaired my dining room and living room Portuguese needlepoint rugs. They did a beautiful job of matching the yarn and repairing a small hole in one rug. The pickup and delivery crew were polite, professional, and helpful. Normandy’s work took somewhat longer than estimated but their skill and professionalism were more important to me. I will certainly use Normandy again and recommend them to others.”
