This used to be my go to location until recently things have changed. The workers constantly have attitudes for no reason, they put tiny portions, and if you ask for extra they will have an issue. 90% of the time there’s only regular chicken available and the last bits of rice. Don’t waste your time.

I hate ordering chipotle on door dash because they always use this location. Their food is the worst. The chips have no salt or lime flavor the rice is flavorless. They give you toddler portions and faithfully screw up online orders!

So I got chipotle through uber eats which I normally do. When I took a bite of my bowl the beans were like rocks. They did not cook through the beans. I normally don't have issues with this location so Pls fix the quality issue yall.

Where do i begin.So i had to calm down a bit to make this review for today's dinner.Over the past few months the customer service and quality control has diminished at a rapid pace.From timing to complete online order,Customer service in person,To issues with food after pick up.1 instance. While attempting to retreive my families order. One employee gave an additude to a coworker who was asking about my order. To then giving me a death stare. Heres the thing. I NEVER ASKED HER TO WORK THERE.2nd everytime i end up ordering from this location. The bowls are under portioned.I feel bad for the cooks because they follow recipe's and the food is good.But the people behind the counter do have issues tending with customer. Not all employees but a select few.Today. I had ordered my families dinner from this location accidently.On one bowl i asked for extra lettuce extra tomato and extra corn. Literally got a table spoon of tomato and tablespoon of corn.The lettuce? I got 1 sliced up leaf......-The other bowl was supposed to only haveChicken rice beans lettuce and cheese.It had an addition of tomato corn sour cream. Soooooo what if my kid is allergic. HmmYour employees are not readingthe orders chiptole...So today was the last straw. Im never returning to this location. GO TO KENTLANDS LOCATION THEIR EMPLOYEES DESERVE THE BUSINESS.
