Service is amazing but if you want acrylic pedicure you’ll be dissapointed…. Isn’t even or neat and French tip doesn’t look symmetrical. Acrylic pedicure is very fragile and doesn’t last too long. They do eyebrow waxing very well though.

This is my go to place in the area. Even when there are bigger salons, you can’t compare their customer service, friendliness. Their schedule works great with mine - I’m always able to find a spot when I need to come in. Make sure to call ahead or make an appointment beforehand

I had the most wonderful experience at Compassion Nails and Spa Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt instantly at ease. The atmosphere is serene and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they take the time to ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.
I opted for a pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results Mrs Bonna did an excellent job! I recommend. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my nails look flawless! The technicians used high-quality products, and I appreciated their thoroughness and care. Plus, the massage chair during my pedicure was a dream!
Overall, Compassion Nails and Spa Salon offers an exceptional experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pampering session!

I love this nail salon. I keep natural nails for Mani and Pedi. Bona and Roszet are incredible and respect natural nails. They take great care of them. I LIVE for this SALON!!! AND it is very CLEAN??? THEY are respectful and do not disrespect their clients. They are super hardworking and dedicated to their craft. ????

This is the best Nail Salon and Spa in Gaithersburg! It’s quiet and comfortable with a great view. The location is perfect and accessible to public transportation (Ride On 55 & 59). Rosette has been my go to, for years, since the infamous LakeForest Mall with Linda (original owner). My bi-weekly trips to NY start with an amazing pedicure, at this place. You will not be disappointed, visit soon!

I love, love, LOVE this place! The Ambiance, the prices, the attention to details & the feeling of family is amazing! Rozett has being doing my nails for about 4 years or more. When she left Lakeforest mall, I followed her because she is just that incredible. (With her work & as a human being) She will always be my go to Lady but the owner & all of the other nail technicians are phenomenal !?

I am not picky about many things but my nails are the exception. Having my nails done is a treat to myself that I look forward to every few weeks. I often have ideas in my head about designs and truly I have never had a nail tech bring these ideas to life the way that Rosa at Compassion Nails & Spa does. She never disappoints! Rosa is extremely attentive, patient, and genuinely wants her clients to leave happy. I am so happy I found Rosa and Compassion Nails & Spa. I highly recommend this place! -Gabby

I've been going to this salon for years. The nail technicians are all excellent. They are experts in their field. Marozet is great with your feet especially removing ingrown, she does it smoothly. Bona is excellent with manicure and pedicure. Tina is an expert with extending eyelashes and full set. They are friendly, honest and professionals. Their prices are affordable. Best kept secret in gaithersburg.

Just look for yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me no refund and she had the nerve to say they were cute. I told her to take them off and the third picture is the nails I left with after negotiating pricing and styling.
