This Review about cosmo and this worker charging me $50 more than what Iām supposed to pay and she ripped the prices in front of me tell me thatās not true she will rip the prices to other customers. They are not honest to their prices as like the price tag.

They have all kinds of beautiful girlie/women items in there, but they didn't have much body piercing jewels. Their makeup is way over priced and when you come in the stare at you a follow you everywhere. I'm not going back there ever.

Yesterday I went there to pick up some orders and when I returned home I found out that one of the products I had paid for was empty. I tried this morning to contact the manager but they were not there and the rest of the employees were busy, poor customer service.

I hate this location theyāre always closed and they donāt even notify anyone on the website! Iāve came here 3 times and they have been closed by 3pm! Idk if itās a staff issue but itās really inconvenient. The staff here is usually great but I donāt think I can trust coming here. Theyāre always closed despite theyāre hours and are always low in stock in color. Salon centric would be a better option Iāve never experienced this happen over thereā¦..

This place is ridiculous. They never open on time, then even when someone is there they lock the door. This has happened a multitude of times just to me, so I know it's a huge issue. And the fact that management or the owner doesn't do anything about this is sad. Change your hours if you don't want to open on time.

I went to Cosmoprof about a week ago and had such a great experience which gave me a push to finally write a review (I've never written an online review before).This was my second time seeing *Darby* who had initially helped me a few months ago (and still remembered me).She is a true asset and is knowledgeable with a variety of beauty products and services.I'm new to doing dip nails (licensed cosmetologist with mainly hair experience), but she gave a lot of helpful advise and recommended some great colors.They have some other great employees at the Gaithersburg location as well (*Brittney* helped me over the phone earlier that day and was very sweet as well).Cosmoprof is lucky to have such a wonderful integral beauty professional and I hope to see her again sometime soon.
