Beyond rude. The woman here was beyond dismissive both on the phone and in person when we were nothing but cordial and asking whether they could help repair my jacket. She clearly felt hassled and irritated with anyone asking her questions. The door was propped open on purpose and upon leaving she even followed our heels to immediately shut the door on us.
There are so many cleaners in a couple/few miles radius there is no reason to go to a place that is not only not an expert in clothing repair but also makes customers feel like they have to be submissive just to give them the privilege of giving them business.

This is my go to cleaners for everything! They cleaned a light stain on my wedding dress pre-wedding and the cleaned and preserved after. I have also done several alterations and the seamstress is friendly and does good work. Good prices for quality work. Highly recommend!

Got ripped off by this place. Was picking up for my girlfriend and it was one item for $6. However, the lady charged me $10 because I didn't have cash. Like who carries cash anymore? It's 2021. Total rip-off and very unfair. Not run by good people. Will not be going back and will be advising my girlfriend to do the same. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of. Would have rated it 0 stars, but the minimum is 1 I guess.

I have sensitive skin and started going here about ten years ago because I don't get a rash after they clean my clothes. Prices have remained reasonable and alteration services timely and comfortable for getting fitted. Good operation run by good people.

Best dry cleaners hands down. I take my clothes and my husbands clothes cleaned, have gotten many alterations over the past 11years and have no complaints. They have removed stains from my clothing and even bed sheets. Owner is lovely and prices are affordable. So glad I found a reliable dry cleaners!

I just had very unfortunate pleasure of doing business with Crystal Cleaners. Do not trust their prices as advertised. The website clearly states 20% off all items with prices for individual items listed. The lady refused to honor her prices and became very irrational when I pointed out her advertised prices. She then told me that was from “2017”. So she is either false advertising and ripping people off or they are not maintaining their website which is not the fault of the customer. I would avoid this dishonest establishment at all cost.

Very nice and friendly, but they did a hem incorrectly. The stitching was inside out (I'm not sure of the terminology, but what you see on the outside should have been what was on the inside). More importantly, they said that's how it is. Took it to another place and they instantly saw what was wrong.
