Pathetic service. Waited over 30 minutes at the drive-through, and then they closed the counter to go for lunch. As if they can not take turns for lunch. Never using this pharmacy again

It is ridiculous. I made an appointment for flu shot for myself and my husband at this store at 10:00 pm. We got CVS confirmation message and drove for 15 minutes to this CVS in 19100 Montgomery Village Ave, Gaithersburg MD20886. The pharmacist said we need to reschedule for tomorrow or another day. I was shocked. It was my second bad experience with this store and same pharmacist. The previous one happened last week when I took my son for his flu shot without appointment and same pharmacist said they do not offer any flu shot without appointments. My son asked if there is any appointment then we can get it tonight and she said no there is no appointment for tonight. We came back home and made an appointment for 10:00 pm in the same cvs store. We returned and my son got his flu shot!!. I am wondering how CVS offers this store for flu shot when the pharmacist can cancel the appointments easily.

This pharmacy needs more staffing and a few more competent people. I called in two prescriptions at 10 AM on 10/11. I was told it would be ready in an hour and I told them that’s fine but I wouldn’t be in to pick them up until 5 PM. When I went in at 5 PM…after waiting a half hour in line…I was told it wasn’t ready because it was 2 weeks old and they put it back on the shelf and that I’d have to come back later. I don’t recall being notified 2 weeks earlier but that shouldn’t have mattered because I called it in at 10 AM that morning. It was filled right then and there (thankfully) but that’s an unacceptable situation.

I am very disappointed in the service at the Pharmacy, it is the second time that I have had a very clever experience with a boy who works there who I only know is called JP, he is very rude and the first time he made fun of me and left me waiting for a while at the window for my medicine and then saying it wasn't ready. And now they helped me at the drive tru and something very similar happened that I had to ask the pharmacy manager for help and the waiting time for the medication was half an hour extra than the time I was in line waiting to be served.

15+ hours to get a prescription sent from hospital ER. Arrived told to come back in 20mins, come back- told another 20 for 2 common prescriptions.This place has gone to hell.

My aunt has been seriously ill, after multiple follow-up with this pharmacy, my aunt had to rush to the hospital because the medication was not deliver in time. I am highly disappointed ?.

This isn't even close to the longest I been on hold I can't ever get anyone on the phone and they have attitude with me when I come to the window just to see when I can pick up my prescription. It doesn't matter what time I go there I'm going to be there for 10-60 minutes regardless of time. They have the worst customer service since they never pick up I constantly have to go to the window and ask them when I can get my prescription my doctor has to order in and considering I can't get on the phone I can't put the order in and or see when I can get it so I have to make three drives there just to pick up one prescription and to add they are rude when I come to ask when I can come pick it up like this is my fault.

Totally understaffed, always. It is obvious that the corporate MBAs have decided that since they essentially have no competition, they don’t need to bother with customer service.

If you are not trapped here by your insurance, don't do it. Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. There are 7 people working and I am waiting in my 3rd line because nobody cares to do their job. I keep hearing the phone ring but nobody has answered even one call. When you get to the front of any line the people are either rude or lacking in knowledge or some combination of both. Prescription was sent in 3.5 hours ago, and while they have it, it isn't ready. DON'T DO IT.

The pharmacy staff at Montgomery Village is always kind and treats me like a fellow human being not just another customer of many. I drive a bit out of my way but it’s worth it. I rarely go inside because the drive through is so efficient. If there is a backup I just come back later.

23:35… Not a 24 hour CVS apparently.Pulled up to the “24 Hour CVS” and then went to all three automatic doors, and they were all closed. ? So I looked to see if there was anyone inside, and there was one lady in there from my sight, who started walking towards the front thinking she was going to unlock it, annnnnd she doesn’t. To later find out, she was going to the restocking cart by the door so I politely knocked on the door to grab her attention and she blatantly ignored me. When literally I was right there in front of the door. Usually I have no issues with this CVS and never gone in after 8pm but I guess this really isn’t a 24 hour CVS.Disappointment to say the least.

I went for passport pictures and I was told the photographer comes at 6 pm so I went back at six to be told Oh he might come later and he might not come at all - wish they told me this first time I stopped - not vey friendly customer service
