Absolutely horrible service with the online fulfilments orders out of the cvs in North Frederick Road in Gaithersburg. Ordered 6 bottles of Dove hair serum , received a box of 2 diapers and 1 box of wipes. CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE NO MATTER TIME CALLED.

Dear CVS customer service, how do I file a legitimate complaint about a specific pharmacist (Dianne) most importantly as well as my over all experience in decline in basic care/pharmacy services/digital communication across states? Other than the 2 nice people that are usually there to help me In person at the pharmacy (if they are the same people they at least do a phenomenal job at being nice to me in person) because whoever I get on the phone is an entirely different story- very mean- had mini panic attack over the phone most recently that they sent me into (I’m a sensitive individual) and they were literally yelling at me and not listening to me and I said no pharmacist has ever spoken to me this way (as I’m crying) I told them to please stop being mean, who the f do you think you are, I’m seriously going to vomit (and I did by the way) and they hung up on me. All I want is to pick up my medicine and leave, why is that always so hard? Your pharmacy always says it’s closed when it’s not as well and that’s a major issue bc you can’t call to actually immediately verify they are open and they make you leave a voice mail and every time I’ve done that, by the time I’ve already waited around forever for them to call me back by making them my last errand, by the time I give up, risk driving there and doddging the swarm of homeless people outside, actually pick up my medicine and get home is when they call me back to verify they’re open. Like why is this even a thing? This isn’t even fair, all I want is an in and out experience but it’s been a nightmare every time my god

Pharmacy check out will not accept coupons. Says can only be used at front registers. But the nonprescription item I was attempting to purchase was only available at the pharmacy checkout. Otherwise more efficient than most CVSs.

This CVS is in a convenient location; the shelves are well stocked and orderly and prices are reasonable. The check-out lines are never long and the employees are very cheerful and pleasant.

We went to this cvs at 11pm for some antibiotic cream urgently. The online store hours showed it closed at 12am but it closed at 10pm. It’s not good to see the latest store hours after we arrived.

Once again I have witnessed how the staff mistreats an older Latino person for not speaking English. I went to the lady's help but it was a horrible situation. I wouldn't wish the abuse that that woman experienced on anyone. Supervisors should pay more attention to the staff they hire. What a disappointment in staff!!!!!!!! SOS HUMAN RIGHTS!!!!

Be careful! You need to count whatever you are getting before leave the pharmacy! They gave me half of my prescription and now they are waiting for their boss’s boss to come back from his summer vaccinations to get approval to give me what they owe me!

Not helpful. Won't even try to be helpful. Always long waits, but I have to go here because insurance won't let me use other pharmacies. All three cash registers went down and the line went down the whole aisle. Apparently this is a constant issue here.
Update 2024: they are still unhelpful and rude. Waits are long and they do not provide any useful service. avoid at all costs.

Store is average CVS, but the pharmacy, at least when I visited on Sunday, was much more efficient than upper rock circle off of shady grove.

Rubbish people, I bring the reset, this is the second time and they don't give me the medicine and my children do have insurance and they don't have service. I don't know why they are called a pharmacy if they don't serve.

Train your employees better. There was a lady in a black tank top who was very rude to me for asking a simple question (no name tag nor CVS shirt. I only knew she is an employee because she was stocking shelves & scanning items with a device). Maybe she was in a bad mood because it was 6am and many people aren’t morning people? Regardless, she did not need to take it out on me. I asked her for the item number for county 5 cent bags & she said “we don’t do item numbers.” I then asked if she could ring me up and charge me for a bag so I could get cash back. She said “I can’t ring you up.” I’m assuming that it’s because they don’t open registers that early. She then said “just buy gum or something & the self checkout machine will ask if you want bags.” I said “I don’t want to buy anything right now so if I scan the gum & select a bag, can you void the gum so I only pay for the bag?” She said “fine.” She accidentally voided the entire transaction two times so, I suggested a way for her to do it without to do it. That’s when she let it all out by saying “back out of my space, I know what I’m doing alright.” A simple “I got it from here, excuse me” wouldn’t hurt. She also slammed the gum around each time she had to scan it and when she walked away with it. I miss the days when CVS felt so welcoming. I didn’t even put my extracare card information in because I wanted to get out of that hostile environment. When she walked away, another lady in proper attire walked up to ask if I needed help because the light on the machine was blinking. I’m assuming that’s because it took a while for the money and receipt to come out.

I normally don’t write reviews but given how bad these are on here I felt compelled to share and rate my experience. I had come here to fill in a 90 day prescription and had some challenges with insurance. The manager took care of me and explained all of my options. I’m beyond grateful for her help in getting me my medication. These folks unfortunately deal with people who are either sick, in a bad mood because they aren’t feeling well or have to be the messengers of the drug companies and the pharmacy and are in charge of breaking bad news to people trying to get what they need when most of it is out of their control to begin with.
