I normally don’t write reviews but given how bad these are on here I felt compelled to share and rate my experience. I had come here to fill in a 90 day prescription and had some challenges with insurance. The manager took care of me and explained all of my options. I’m beyond grateful for her help in getting me my medication. These folks unfortunately deal with people who are either sick, in a bad mood because they aren’t feeling well or have to be the messengers of the drug companies and the pharmacy and are in charge of breaking bad news to people trying to get what they need when most of it is out of their control to begin with.

The rudest, little to no customer service. I kindly asked the pharmacy clerk to fill my prescription at this location instead of where it was originally sent and was told that the prescription wasn’t in stock. When I asked if there was an inventory of what location carried the prescription, I was then told that the prescription was actually at this location and was found by the very same clerk. Then I was rudely told it would take 30 minutes to fill when the pharmacy opened literally the same time I arrived. Avoid if you want your prescription filled with courtesy and efficacy.

DO NOT USE CVS FOR VACCINES!Signed up online for a vaccination. After arriving on time and waiting nearly 25 minutes to receive it, I asked if I needed to reschedule. No one was able to say why I waited. No one appeared to register that this was an issue. The scheduling system for patients and for providers doesn’t appear to connect.Apparently no one was actually scheduled that day to be able to give a vaccine shot.Although everyone was polite and the actual vaccination went smoothly, , overall it was very poor customer service. I’m sure if I’d not spoken up for myself, I’d still be sitting there.

The store has become a joke and a rip off! It seems like they have doubled their prices on basically everything. I just wanted to buy vitamins which are nine dollars at giant grocery store and at CVS they are $28.49! Same exact bottle same size. I seethis in many of their products. Do not shop at this rip off establishment. Plus they have no customer service and many of the stores are filthy dirty and disorganized. They will not see a dollar Of my money at any time

I love that it has 24-hour service, I have the security that I can go at any time for what I need.

Plenty of available parking here. No actual cashiers. Just two employees at self checkout. The machines were barely working. What kind of place is this?! Still had to get an employee to assist. It's fairly clean, but I definitely don't see myself going back. It's in a nice area but sorry!

The absolute worst pharmacy in the area. I urge everyone to stay away from here. They keep screwing up prescriptions, missing where they stocked them, and almost never answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

The people who work in the pharmacy are too lazy, they don't answer the phone and when people come to pick up medicines they first finish talking to attend to the customer.

The store manager posting paper signs with tape that the 24 hour store is not open needs to have an ability to connect with people who can change the GOOGLE profile store/hours to closed for the day.I was outside for 15 mins and 3 different families pulled in and left. Supervising manager, this is your realm xD

Pharmacy run by people who think they have the authority to overrule doctors and Hospitals. We have been running around trying to get my father home from a rehab center for a broken hip. No big deal, just lots of little things to think about to make a place safe and useful. In the midst of the errands someone sends prescriptions over to CVS and I am assigned to go pick them up. One of them is for 6 Warfarin pills. It was basically the rehab place sending a small supply in case we had lost rack of his exiting pills over the past few weeks. Get to the CVS and it is not ready, not only that but the gatekeeper tells they won't fill it. I ask if there is a question about the Dr.'s approval? No, it is that in their records she feels he has a sufficient supply and does not need these. WTF, a clerk at a pharmacy counter suddenly with zero information and context has more authority than a rehab center and Dr.s on a patients medical needs? He normally pays $3.17 for 90 of these little pills. She wound up saying if I paid full retail, I could get the 6 pills. $12 later I left with the pills. Since when did the flipping clerk at the register get the power and authority to deny patients their prescriptions? Run from this place, sadly it serves a lot of old people at Asbury.

Good luck getting help. If you happen to come in late at night, won't see a single worker. The self-checkout is overly sensitive and can't tell if something has been put in the bagging area or not half of the time. generally would suggest going elsewhere unless you're having a late night emergency and need to buy a single item. Quite happy I live closer to another CVS, for late night needs go to the CVS in Montgomery village if at all possible

Store is always closed although it states that it is 24/7. No staff present or proper signs as to why they are closed or if they will reopen . Store closes between 10-30 to 11pm now

The CVS on Montgomery Village is the most ratchet pharmacy imaginable The carpet is filthy, with trash on the floors The Pharmacy staff are overworked crowded stressed looking a bit short tempered and abrupt. I wonder how many medication errors are made in that environment? I went there on Wed evening to pick up my medicine. The line to pick up medication was 20 people deep . Of course when I got to the counter it wasn't there and they asked me to go to the drop off counter that was about eight people deep. Can you imagine ? After having me stand in one line for over 20 minutes then asking me to stand in another line as if I were at the MVA? This place would shame a third world pharmacy. My oppressive insurance company is in bed with Caremark forcing me to get my medication from CVS. I left called my doctor and asked him to call my medication into the Giant . I drove over there picked up my medication in about 30 min and went home That is service
