Do not go to this pharmacy. You are just a dollar sign to them, not a person. They WILL make you pay more for your prescription and refuse any sort of discounts they are contractually obligated to accept. The pharmacist at this location told me he couldn’t accept my GoodRX coupon for narcotics… First of all, my prescription wasn’t even a narcotic. I asked him why I couldn’t use GoodRX and he told me “because I don’t have to”. The price with my insurance was going to be $137. It would have been $29 with my GoodRX coupon. I’ve been using GoodRX on this same prescription for a decade now with CVS. I just moved to this area and I’ve never experienced such deplorable staff. This pharmacy is extremely unethical. The pharmacist has very little knowledge on how to run a pharmacy. The staff are pathetically slow and rude.

Montgomery village cvs is extremely bad service. I went to pick up my son medicine at drive through .There was black lady who was serving. I told her my son name and date of birth even my phone number she said she has no medicine for me and I should come inside the store. I went inside the cvs and asked the guy who was helping others customers for check. He told me medicine is ready and I have to wait in line. I wasted my half hour into the line for pick up medicine. I don't have words to say how bad cvs service. They don't deserve even number 0.I forgot to tell the time it's 6 pm the day is Friday,01/24/25 .

I hate this pharmacy so much. It takes forever for them to get to the drive through windows. I’be been sitting in my car for the last 20 minutes waiting.

This CVS literally looks like its been ransacked. Shelves are not organized whatsoever, so hard to find products as products are either misplaced and or stolen from the shelves. I honestly understand why the associates dnt like their customers and almost every review mentions the lack of customer service. I feel for the employees here. This review is not for the store staff but more so because of the types customers that patronize this store and what they've made this store to be-- a disorganized store that looks like it's been looted.

Rude staff that works here. Went to pick up my prescription at the drive through, for a cvs that is 24/7 a representative should be at the window all time. Came rang the call bottom 3 times, no one showed up, waited in my car for 5 mins no one came, after 7 mins I then decided to honk my horn that’s when this black woman arrived. She didn’t apologise, she didn’t acknowledge how I was there for a while, nothing at all. She starts asking for my info and I keep telling her “ma’am speak up pls” she keeps talking as softly not into the microphone. She finally gives me my prescription, and she was so rude. The moment she put the prescription in the box for me to pick up she walks away. People like this shouldn’t be working at customer service. Do better CVS.

REALLY needs to hire more staff. Every time I go to the pharmacy, there is always something with my script not being g in the computer or something. Staff will never actually look at the shelf, it’s pretty pathetic.
Additional comments: the pharmacy is never correct and lazy. It doesn’t seem like they are hiring actual pharmacists who know how to find the scripts and understand the importance of their job. The service received at this location from the pharmacy staff is absolutely unbelievable.
-hire competent staff that cares
-train that staff
-teach them the importance of their job
The store is absolutely filthy too. I would recommend using a different pharmacy.

Lots of CUSTOMER SERVICE training is needed at this location. Unfortunately all it takes is one bad apple to mess it up for the rest of the other employees.

I have never been treated so contemptuously as in this store, I went to make a consultation since my puff was not working properly and I have acute bronchoids (I really need it) and since I gave them the puff the cashier respectfully attended me and noticed that the spray came out with difficulty but then a lady took it who began to squeeze it without stopping repeatedly (10-15 maybe) and the spray did not come out, and only went underneath a comment to his co-worker that there are no changes, after that the same cashier "managed" to fix it and they left me aside waiting until another boy arrived who only threw 1 spray and it worked they told me that there were no changes after having used numerous counts of the puff, more than for the result, because if they only told me there are no changes and I was already calm, I leave upset and disappointed because they play with people's health and they despise customers

I was just coming from the urgent care to pick up an Rx. I'm a single mother so I had my child with me also and she had to use the bathroom. A man who worked there putting pads up in the feminine aisle tells me there is no bathrooms the plumbing isn't working... I would like to know how you all are washing your hands how are you all going to the restrooms. And have you no heart that you can't let a child go use the restroom. Smh. Changing my pharmacy. They aren't pleasant if you don't look a certain way. Smh.

I have had very mixed results at this CVS. Ever since the CVS corporate bean-counters decided to close the smaller, but better, CVS very close to my home, I'm forced to use this one if I need anything like photos or health care supplies without driving 6 more miles to another CVS. Anyhoo, they have now COMPLETLY LIST ANOTHER PHOTO ORDER *even though I had the email saying it was ready) and...THIS IS THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME IN THE LAST 12 - 18 MONTHS this has happened. It also doesn't help that thos store is chronically under-staffed (who would really want to work at this store with some of the loud, sometimes rude, riff raff that frequents this location, anyway).

My prescription was called in to this location twice and both times they claimed they don’t have anything. I don’t know what kind of system they have here but it’s seriously a joke.

Vaccination experience, unacceptable.
I setup my appointment online only after a pharmacist from this location confirmed the vaccine was in stock. I drove down from an hour away as this vaccine was available only in this store.
After I reach the store, first the pharmacist on duty says they don’t have the vaccine in stock. Then said they couldn’t find the appointment.
After I showed appt text confirmation and a voicemail I received from the store that my vaccine was in stock, the pharmacist searched but could not find it. (If I answered the call & didn’t have voicemail as proof, they would have turned me back)
They reached out to other pharmacist via phone and I had to wait for an hour before they returned the call and finally the vaccine was found. This was the only saving grace. If not, I would have wasted 2-3 hours of time owing to uncoordinated staff.
Overall, it felt very unorganized, staff needs to be trained better with their internal systems and practices. First appointment was not found in the system and then vaccine was not found.
