I love CVS! It’s a little expensive compared to Walmart/Target, however, I shop the deals and coupons as well as my Extra Bucks! I always feel like I get enough savings when I take time to do that. The pharmacy is great. I just don’t go when it’s the busy times. My scripts are always ready timely and they will answer any questions I have about the meds or about insurance. It’s convenient and they offer a wide array of products.

The CVS store on Darnestown Road is consistently great! I shop there 1-2 x a week. The staff are all really friendly and genuinely helpful. The store atmosphere is bright and clean. The coupons and CVS Rewards offers are greatly appreciated. 5 Stars for this one!

Hostile to veterans. I went to the pharmacy with a prescription written by the urgent care across the street. The urgent care accepted by Veterans Administration (VA) insurance. The Darnestown CVS refused the VA insurance and so refused to fill the prescription. I guess veterans aren’t considered to be worthy enough to be CVS customers.

I placed an order on line and I was charged 6 times for the same order. I contact costumer service and no one could cancel 5 out of the charges. I'm very upset

If I could give this CVS minute clinic 0 stars I would..the nurse had no empathy for me as the patient I was literally shushed by her while asking her a question, extremely unprofessional and rude!!

I have been vaccines at CVS for the past few years and the pharmacy staff consistently offers friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. It saves me so much time being able to walk in and receive service with minimal waiting. Good job!
