This is ridiculous. A six dollar eyeliner pencil is behind a security lock??? This is supposed to be a convenience store yet you make it impossible to shop. I turned around and left. I guess an elf eyeliner is worth treating your customers like criminals.

The people here are so nice. The Pharmacists, in particular, go above and beyond and are super helpful and proactive. The store is clean. I live in the neighborhood and I’m glad I can go to this store.

Pharmacy staff are always incredibly nice and responsive everytime I have a question (phone or in-person) and fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Pharmacist gave a flu shot today and it was quick, no long wait, and clean!

Ahhh! Now it makes sense!! The reviews match what type of people you hired! I have been a longggg time customer and when I say their customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! It is DISGUSTING how they treat local shoppers in this area! The staff needs to be retrained or this location will go downhill!
Tom and the African American young girl (she wasn't wearing a name tag, go figures right!?) that was working on 9/25/25 does not need to work here! They are horrible employees! Disgusting behavior!

I’ve been a frequent customer at this CVS for years, as it’s always been a convenient and reliable place to stop for quick purchases. Unfortunately, my experience on August 11, 2025, at approximately 6:40 PM left me feeling disappointed and frankly, unwelcome.
Upon entering, I went straight to the makeup aisle to look at eyeliners. I found one I wanted and called over an employee to unlock it for me. Instead of handing me the product as is customary in every other CVS I’ve visited, the employee immediately asked if I was ready to check out despite the fact that I had just arrived and clearly had more shopping to do. When I told him I was still shopping, he informed me that he would “hold onto it” at the register and I could remind him later.
This was unusual, as I’ve never had an employee retain a product I had selected before, especially when the store was not busy and I was still browsing. The interaction left me feeling singled out in a way that was unnecessary and discouraging. I ended up leaving without several items I intended to purchase because the experience made me very upset.

I started coming here by chance. My doctor accidentally sent my prescription here (twice) and after giving up hope that he would send it to my actual pharmacy I went to pick up my prescription. To my surprise, this was the most efficient pharmacy I've been to! The pharmacist took his time and answered all my questions because for some reason my prescription was $60 more than at my actual pharmacy. However, he managed to find me a better price using a coupon! Needless to say, this is my new pharmacy because every time I come there is little to no wait time and everyone has always been very nice. Thank you ◡̈

I just have had the worst experience at CVS Kentlands. I live nearby and since the opening all staff had been very friendly but today I noticed that a counter clerk (Tom) was very rude with a lady in front of me. When it was my time I presented the coupon and he very rudely asked me for my account and I replied him I was not sure I had an acc. He told me that would not be possible to apply the discount and I asked why CVS give me lots of discounts if I could not use them. At this point extremely rudely he told me if I received those I have an acc. So if he deduct that why he did not tell me since the beginning?. I gave my phone number and he told see, you HAVE a acc.
He act like he was the owner of a business and treated me as I was a robber.
I told him that I would give him this review.
People stay away from this very rude and bad person at CVS Kentlands.

If this is the review for Cvs Pharmacy in the Kentlands, they are just incredible. I don’t know what position Michael holds there but he’s professional polite efficient all of them are it has a to go window and I just can’t see enough about this place. I’ve moved all my medicines there

You cannot find a better Pharmacy. I don't know what position Michael holds, but he's professional polite efficient every one of them I've talked to at the to go counter are incredibly efficient and polite. I've moved all my medicines over to this pharmacy because they are just a dream.

This CVS location is conveniently located in the Ketlands. Inside is neat and everything I needed was arranged well and in stock. There was a really long line with three registers opened so it moved pretty quickly. I will definitely be back whenever in the area.

The pharmacist is very competent, quick and nice. I didn't have an appointment, but he still managed to give me a vaccine between two other appointments. I also witnessed that he patiently listened to a customer's long questions and addressed with knowledge and compassion. He is indeed excellent!

You can never get a hold of a person in the pharmacy due to the recording. What do ppl do when they have questions regarding their medication??? This needs to be fixed
