From start of the service call to completion of the installation was one hour. Removal and install of my door knob took 5 minutes! I am so thankful to have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy come out and take care of this! I feel safe and the lock is secure! I even tipped him 25% to thank him for being so prompt and efficient! The cost and the tip were worth every penny!

Fast and friendly service. Key fobs aren't cheap but they did beat the dealer price.
