Awful customer service. Front end mgr Denise was rude and condescending. Store Manager Jen should terminate Denise for lack of knowledge and customer service.

Terrible customer service at this location. Lazy staff don't even want to look stuff up in the system and make things up about prices. Called customer service and they said there is no way I should have been told the price I was given.

I bought a water tube which needed a special pump to use it.
Nobody told me if I need its pump or not.
When I returned the item to get a refund since I was not able to use it.
They didn't accept it and refused to refund me.
I hate dishonesty, and I would not recommend anybody to shop in here.

This store is Awesome đ I've been shopping at this location for nearly 10 years. As a resident of Montgomery county for the same length of the time, I've shops at other locations before. But this store is definitely the best one I've ever been to. Another good caveat is if you're not able to find something in store, you can always find it online and have it shipped to your house. My Wife and I bought our mountain bikes from them. The bike techs Aurelien, Dave, and Bob are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and actually knowledgeable how to build a good bike. Just make sure that you are a Dick's member scorecard holder, therefore you can accumulate points for when you shop. The only drawback is sometimes the scorecard points are only valid for a month so make sure that you use them as soon as you get them. Other than that no complaints with this location and the employees that work there. And plus it also helps that I live across the street from this location so I will Definitely frequent this location. I highly recommend this location

Just buy your stuff off Amazon. Came in to return a cooler I purchased from a few days ago to get a larger size. Had 4 employees look at our cooler before they pointed out a scratch and said it canât be âresoldâ. Also told me that needing a larger size was not a valid reason for returning the product, as it was not a defect. So if someone buys the wrong size shoe, they canât return it? I think these employees need to review their policies more. Left the store with the cooler I brought to return, as well as a larger cooler I purchased there. Might not sound like a big deal, but when each cooler is 300-400 dollars, itâs makes for a bad experience. What is worse, is employees insinuating that I just purchased a cooler to use once and return, when Iâm literally purchasing another one thatâs larger.

I have contacted this location once via telephone and went in person on two separate days now. I have simply been trying to purchase another fishing rob as well as getting two reels re-spooled. I am a creature of habit so I have been coming back to this very location where I purchased the rods and reels from, but itâs starting to get frustrating. When I called Monday they stated someone would be in Tuesday to assist, upon arrival Tuesday no personnel to assist and I was then informed that someone would most definitely be in at 9am to assist. Upon arrival at 9:10am I am not being told no one is there to assist to come back around 5pm. This is the horrible customer service and ontop of that the manager seemed snarky when stating âwell I canât be in control when people call outâ while this is true you can also give customers these answers when calling. Because before speaking with the manager I was told by another employee that someone was in fact upstairs to assist!!! It doesnât even seem as if the manager knows whatâs going on in this location as well as the rest of the staff. This place use to be reliable!!!

Bought running shoes for my kid online. Exchanged them immediately when picking them up (needed a different color). Now I need to find the little slip of paper (receipt) because you donât keep track of the exchange I did. Meh. I understand store policy but itâs 2024. Iâll order elsewhere from now on.

STORE CLOSED TODAY
Store was open they let us walk around for 40 minutes and then they told us that theyâve known the registers werenât working since they opened at 10 oâclock. Donât bother going there today September 8, 2024.

Overall experience was very good although an employee by the name of Reza followed my nephew around the storeLike he was going to steal something. As a matter of fact, he did not let him even take his merchandise to the counter, He took you for him.I did not see him do that for anyone else.That was so very unprofessional and so blatantly Racially profiling as someone that he thought was trying to steal something shame on you Reza

The staff is great (friendly, efficient), but I have repeatedly gone there for COMMON items that were supposedly in stock, only to make a wasted trip.
UPDATE: Their stock is getting better, and it shows by the number of people now shopping there. Keep up the good work.
