What a terrible experience you might as well buy shoes on Amazon. Employees are disrespectful and useless. In the shoe department any question you ask they just say “idk, you’ll find it online” or just leave you you without even helping

Came here to get a new pair of running shoes and left with a great deal. The day after Christmas they have shoes by the door that are anywhere between 25-75% off for select brands. My boyfriend was able to buy 3 pairs of Hokas for less than $150. Customer service here is always great and store is kept clean.

sad. went to the shoe department customer service for such a non busy day it was so awful on top of that you had two individuals working and neither offered at minimum a smile to acknowledge they say me coming. very surprised in the decline of CS. saw other customers just plain say cna I get some help and they looked at them like they were crazy for asking. I probably would order online again but not shop there expecting help. do better.

The cashier was rude and seemed overwhelmed. There was a sign of discount on the shoes I wanted to get, but she didn't apply it on the final bill. They have good stuff and the store is organized but other than that customer service is not the best

Completely understaffed. The poor shoe guy was alone, in December, trying to serve 10 people. I'm done with Dick's.

Was in today looking at getting new shoes. There was a young girl sitting next to me, also trying on shoes. The workers and security guard (who were too busy messing around with each other to do their jobs and offer help) made lewd, sexual gestures towards her as she was walking away - right in front of other customers, no less. I put the shoes down and walked out, because I would never support a business that employs people who exhibit such deplorable behavior.

You’re better off ordering from Amazon or going somewhere else. Even if the website says that they have an item, if they actually have the item, it will be hard to find it because the way the store is organized. If you think you can get help from the employees to find something you’re wrong, no one knows anything or makes any effort to find anything, they literally told me “if you can’t find it then we probably don’t have this item even though the website says we have multiple of them” without making any effort to find it. All of them are just standing around doing nothing and nobody can help with anything, pure laziness.

It located in the Rio Washingtonian off the Lakefront. There were ground parking lots behind the building and a parking garage on the side (sharing with the Target store). We came to return a few off-size clothes from an online order. There was nobody waiting, and the cashier was able to scan and process the refund within three minutes.

Drove 45 minutes outside of DC to get shoes (HOKA) for work that I needed today. Thankfully they had them in my size. I waited 10 minutes in footwear and no one seemed to be available on the floor to assist customers. When someone finally came, he was nice and helpful however he broke my Stanley cup (on accident). When lifting the shoe box he knocked my cup over from where it was sitting and broke the straw in half, cracked the top and handle. I was livid. When I asked for assistance from the manager Jasmine she outright refused and insisted that there wasn’t anything she could do to assist me. She gave me a $20 gift certificate towards my purchase as if it would suffice for a $80 cup that I just purchased 2 weeks ago. Furthermore I noticed that they gave me the display shoe and showed her the smudges. She told me that there wasn’t anything she could offer price wise for damaged goods because they are price locked. She was very unpleasant and not helpful at all. It was as if I was bothering her or annoying her with my concerns. I will be writing corporate about this super unsatisfactory experience. But hey at least I got the last pair in my size of my gently used HOKA’s that they’re selling at this location, that I also had to pay full price ($167) for so I can complete my 10 hour shift on my feet at work in a few hours. (=

I stopped by because my golf range finder was malfunctioning that I purchased from another location. The staff in the golf area in particular were very helpful in navigating a slightly complex situation. I would go out of my way to purchase from this location again.

Sad how nobody has the cognitive ability or motivation to work or do a good job. I went to Dick's in Frederick Mall to buy a couple of pairs of slip-on shoes. I was helped quickly and the sales kid came back with my size shoe, he then disappeared. I wanted another pair and had to look for him. He was with two other sales kids shooting the shit. I waited to get anyone's attention and nobody cared so I left and went to another store. It was a complete waste of my time.

Bob in the Bike Department is the best. My 11 year old grandson was looking for a new bike, Bob took the time to size him, showed him how to use the bike correctly, did full safety check and made adjustments before we left. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the market for a new bicycle.

This store is very spacious, organized as well as clean... Customer service is also top shelf... I enjoy shopping at this location..???
