Very poor customer service. I went there looking for adidas Stan Smith green. I asked the two black girls working there if they had them in size 3 or 3.5Y. They just stood there with there hands on the chins and said NO. They didn’t even go to the inventory room to check and simply said No.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DTLR!! They do not give you CASH refunds even if you have a receipt and return item same day. They will give you a gift card!!! I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes today and realized they were the wrong color. I went to return them less than 20min later and the Store employee told me that there are NO CASH refunds! I was NEVER told about this policy before I purchased the shoes! I was barely even spoken to when entering the store! I had to go and ask for help which I regret now! I feel like I was ROBBED today shopping at this HORRIBLE establishment!! They should be put out of business!! Never ever shop at DTLR

I have been shopping at this DTLR location for many years. Over the years, the managers (which are usually female) seem to have piss poor attitudes. It sickens me to pay often $150+ for sneakers and be treated with such poor customer service. Currently, there is a short, female, Spanish manager whose attitude totally sucks. Her attitude is terrible and it's almost as if she doesn't want to be bothered. The upper management at this DTLR location need to significantly improve the customer experience.
