When they get your order right, it's great. Generally friendly to customers, but they are often understaffed and arguing with each other for all to see. Will I go back? Yes, entertainment and bagels!

Great food terrible service Broken ice machine, no tables and chairs in the restaurant, dirty counter tops. At least the food is tasty.

The place was a bit dirty, the employees never changed gloves. They would touch money or their own clothes and never changed their gloves not once.
If you are a New Yorker and mad for bagels, you may appreciate this group of bagel restaurants with their classic bagels plus your favorite topping. We love their onion bagel with salmon shmear (salmon cream cheese), though even if you are not a New Yorker, how can you go wrong with a wild blueberry bagel and some strawberry shmear? Plus, Einstein Bros isn?t just about bagels: In the tradition of sensible eateries, it offers a little something for everyone, including wraps, muffins, yogurts, iced and hot coffee, salads, and naturally, bagel sandwiches. New to their menu: two different challah roll sandwiches with a choice of offbeat fillings. Remember, if you want to eat bagels for dinner, most stores close in the early evening.
