Horrible management. In a rental due to another driver totaling my car. the insurance company didnt extend the rental and my check had not come in. I was busy at work all day. I rush out my home at 5:15pm for an appointment- and the car is gone. I check my messages and see they called at 9am to tell me if they didn't get payment or an extension from USAA by COB, they are coming to the apt. There wasn't even a knock on my door-and my personal items were inside. The whole time I was working with the car sales dept to buy a car. They will not ever get my business.

Well, here we are again ? I thought if you have a problem with your rental you could go to any "Enterprise" and swap out the vehicle. But the truth of the matter is they did not want to swap out the vehicle due to one less vehicle they have to rent and they'd have to get that vehicle fixed and I didn't want that in the inventory so they chose not to assist. This rental was a nightmare from beginning to end! Not only that they wanted me the person that rented the vehicle to take the vehicle to a tire shop to check out the vehicle, when we got there all the guy did was put air in the tire and sent me on my way. He then told me to wait the entire day till 7:00 when you close to make sure that the dashboard, please reply to Enterprise corporate if you think this fair. my original rental place was Glen Burnie 500 North Crane avenue Glen Burnie MD! This rental should have been, free and they do have the ability to do it but yet they're going to try to give you the standard 10% off as if you were in a clothing store.. a very dissatisfied customer.

Never going to this location again. I usually deal with Enterprise for work but this location was a nightmare. Recieved the car with no gas. Rim plates were falling off. I turned in the car overnight and early. Next day recieved a call that the windshield had been cracked. Lesson learned take pictures and vids before drop offs, but i don't think anyone should experience this kind of service.

You guys need be careful with this branch first a wall when u guys place order online make sure they have availability on branch &second u guys need take ur receipt from them because they said ok only for example they show they spouse to charg 144$ but when u received ur last recipes u will surprise that’s why u need be careful and last thing when u pick up car check car because most car they have has some technical issues

Phenomenal customer service. A car was ready for me within minutes. Huge shout out to Benny, Linda, and T. Wonderful ladies who helped me feel so taken care of in the middle of a horrible situation with my personal vehicle. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I am never going anywhere else for rental car services.

We made a 3-week reservation for an SUV. The manager, Linda, called me a day ahead of my reservation to confirm my reservation. I really appreciated that because it gave me a peace of mind that they're aware of my reservation and saved me from calling the location myself. When I arrived, Bene (I hope I spelled it right), took care of my reservation. Since this was a longer reservation that what I'm used to, I had many questions and she politely answered them all in detail. There was an issue with the reservation but Bene and Linda took care of it swiftly and respectfully. Not only were they professional from pick-up to return, their cheerfulness is very much appreciated. I wish to work with them for my next rentals. Management, if you're reading this, please give a shout-out to Bene and Linda! I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I scheduled my reservation for the wrong date. Kyle was kind enough to accommodate me the very last minute which I appreciated so much. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Exceptional customer service. I will certainly come back for my next rental! Thank you for your service!

Overall great experience and customer service. I was shuttled over to the location from my collision center and was being helped and out the door within 10 minutes of being there. Despite the commotion and other customers being difficult, Linda Moktoi, kept great composure. My rental car was on-site and in good condition, everything was simple and straightforward. Hopefully, I don't have to use enterprise again but if I do, I'm coming to this location.

I had a great experience with Enterprise car rental. I needed to put my car in the shop for repairs. I have a car warranty, so it covered the cost. I was expecting there might be issues with the warranty company (Car Max) and Enterprise. But everything went smoothly. So I am grateful everything went well and will use them again.
