Fabulous people, pretty brand new truck WITH a lift gate, only thing that could make it better is a smaller truck also with a lift gate. I just didn’t need all those feet and the extra feet only make it more difficult to drive, park, etc. Got the job done, it was just too big. 9.9/10

The Gaithersburg location near the Airpark airport is awesome. Always have what we need in both commercial trucks and car rentals. You can tell the staff really enjoys what they are doing. Hanna and the truck side runs her team very well. Would recommend. A+ service. Oh and the trucks are always clean or she will clean...

Everyone I spoke with was professional, kind, extremely helpful, and accommodating. The office was clean and comfortable. The truck was ready as promised, clean, and was an updated (android auto, back up camera), easy to drive, quiet ride with good a/c. Two thumbs up. Five stars. Great rental at a reasonable rate.
