had a car accident and took my car here to get it fixed. they had left the struts too tight to budge and now the whole outer tie rod on the drivers side has to get replaced, and the wheel alignment is a complete mess. they gave it back to me like everything was fine. they also refused to talk to me about my own car and only would talk to the men in my family even though they had nothing to do with the accident. they don’t take their time at all and cut corners in the guise of efficiency, they even tried to charge me for keeping my car on their lot like they weren’t going to do rushed, shabby work anyways. worst of all is that the slanted wheel i came in for is still slanted

I came in to get an assessment of my cars AC and they gave me an honest and genuine assessment. I made an appointment via Yelp and I didn't have to wait at all. They weren't trying to get me to spend unnecessary money when I didn't need to and I so appreciated that. When it is time to do the work, I'll definitely go back and have them do it. This is how you get and keep customers. This is great customer service!

Highly recommend! If you value honesty, then Parson is your guy. We travel from Northern Virginia just to get an honest quote from Parson. We recently had some minor trouble with our MDX and took it to the dealer. They said the steering fluid was leaking and quoted us $3500 to replace the steering column. We were skeptical, since our car had been relatively low maintenance and not having any signs of trouble prior to this. We always go to Parson for a second opinion, b/c he knows the business and we can trust him. He said there was a very small leak and that replacing the steering column was not necessary. It also did not have anything to do with the reason why the car was having issues. He fixed the car and recommended watching it and if it gets worse, then we should go back. He's a gem!

It's hard to find a good mechanic. I've been there several times and have always been satisfied. They're never too busy to explain the what and the why of the work, even to someone as unknowledgeable as me. Their prices seem to be 20-30% lower than competition. Last time I went in for a tire rotation and brake work and they gave me the rotation for free since they had to take the tires off to do the brakes

Echoing the reviews from below. Epic is a Honest, Transparent, and Reliable mechanic. Those qualities are the most important, especially in an area where many people don't have the insight to know better. Parson's communicates constantly and I always knew where my car was in the repair process. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
