MICE IN UNITS!!! This storage is disgusting. I just stopped by today to pick up some stuff from my storage and there was MICE POOPS everywhere on my furniture and boxes. I wish I knew this before putting my stuff in this nasty storage. The manager doesn't even care. BE CAREFUL.

This facility is very clean the times I have gone in there was someone cleaning the facility. There is always a cart to use, and the location is very convenient. Mike has helped me significantly in finding the right unit for my needs. Thankyou Mike for the assistance and professionalism you have displayed towards me much appreciated.

MICE IN UNITS!!! EXPENSIVE! I emptied my unit over the weekend because my price was increased to $300 a month. When I was emptying my unit over the weekend I saw that there was mouse poop all over my furniture! When I spoke to staff they told me all I could do was file a claim since I had insurance on my unit. I moved out a week before the end of the month and asked if I could get money back since I didn’t stay the whole month and was told that per the policy that was not allowed.

I am writing this review on behalf of the manager, Mike. I have known him for years as a kind and helpful person. I have had many interactions with him and not once did he mistreat a person. He volunteers in helping so many people who are in need and is well respected by many. It is a privilege to know him.

Highly involved team that keeps the premises and units thoroughly maintained inside and out. Wonderful staff that are engaged and focused on your needs! Used this location for two years and had zero issues or concerns!
