Excellent service, very friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. I do dislike their self-service system where you need to purchase a card and add money with no change given.

I had an excellent experience recently. Hiywot was incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting me with my poster preparation. Her kindness and attention to detail made me confident that I made the right choice. They printed my poster quickly, and the price was reasonable. Thanks for the fantastic service and setting a great example for others.

Not surprised, I have seen the warehouse and people that work there. You can tell they are lazy and slow, Supervisors really need to be smarter on who they recruit.

Fantastic customer service. I came in one afternoon this week and had badly messed up my packaging and lost my prepaid postage order. They figured it all out, got the shipping label re-sent and got the package out. I appreciated how great they were at problem solving. Also, and this isn't minor, they have an electric door like a supermarket so you can walk in with a lot in your arms or on a cart.

i wish i could give this place zero stars. my package was delayed then denied. now im going to have to wait most likely another two weeks. this place has the worst customer service i was on the phone for an hour but fedex couldn't straight up tell me they couldn't do their damn job. all they have is bs excuses and apologies but wont do. thing about it. although im given the option to hold shipment customer service refused to help me intervene b4 it was sent back. do me a favor a train your employees and delivery drivers better. why is it that fedex will ship a package that ultimately wont be accepted by the local postal carrier? ive never been this angry over how rude your workers were. NASTY

Literal came to the door with the "weissed you tag" and waited only 20 seconds then left. Next time give your customer longer than 30 seconds to get to the door. Unless you want me to come to the door in my underwear.

I wish I could give zero stars for this location. I received a message from Kohl's yesterday that my package had been delivered. I looked on my front and garage door and did not find the package. On the message I noticed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and that the driver was not the regular one for my street. I immediately informed Kohl's and went on FedEx's website and filed a complain. An hour later was able to speak with someone on the customer service department that had a heavy accent and suggested for me to get into my car and drive around to see where the package was delivered. A very ignorant and terrible attitude because I was trying to explain how he could find my house online so he could compare to the one in the picture and understand my point. Today, I called the same number and was told that he did not called anyone but I was assured that she would escalate my case to a supervisor. At 9:58 am I called this facility and a woman with an accent picked up the phone and did not say anything and I was the one that asked if this was the FedEx facility and she replied yes. After explaining the situation she told the same thing as the man "why don't you get in the car and look for your packages."What is wrong with FedEx? Are you just hiring anyone and not training them? They need to learn that the customer is always right and as they say from the Country that I came from "You cannot handle the heat get out of the kitchen."Stephanie, from FedEx Resolution support was the first employee that took the time to listen, understand what was going on, initiate a case, called the Gaithersburg center and was trying to obtain an answer for me and told me that Jasmine from this location was going to call me. At last someone that show the professionalism that I expect from Companies such as FedEx.FedEx Management should take a note and appreciate employees like Stephanie and reward them. Also, you should take a trip to Maryland and learn from Giant Foods and Kohl's and see what Customer service looks like, which I believe they know but somehow are allowing this distribution center to have a 1.7 out of 5 stars.I know that you can do better because the two regular FedEx employee's that deliver on my street were excellent but I have not seen them and hopefully they are still with the Company.Look into the management for this location and you will find a consistent pattern. I have over twenty years (20) of experience in all sectors and I can tell you that you have a problem with this location. Good luck!

I have had the same bad experience as others; claiming wrong address. That first package was sent back to the sender after about 5 days. Address was correct. Most recently, when I tracked a package, I found it has 2 entries for the same tracking number. One said it was delivered and the other said it would be delivered the next day. I checked with our mail person whose name was on the proof of delivery, and he said he did not sign for it. The driver who services this route is terrible!! FedEx needs to fix this.

Hello your customer service is absolutely trash! Falsifying delivery attempts. I have a a pershable package that should have been delivered yesterday 10.29.21 Trk number 775035214037 driver lied and said business was closed. This is a residence and My fiancé who is 9 month pregnant was home all day. No door tag was left there are 3 entrances to get into my building. So we stay home again today and the same thing says it was attempted at 158pm and the station closes at 2 again No door tag no attempt. The items inside are perishable claim of no extra attempt is 3 days which makes no sense. There is over $900 worth of product within this package. The falsifying of attempts is crazy. We are going to the hospital on Tuesday for delivery and I still have not gotten my package on Monday. Extremely disappointed by the lack of care for customers who pay a premium for your services for them to be beyond mediocre.!! If I could give zero stars that wouldn’t be low enough

All packages from FedEx arrive late, every one. Currently waiting on a package that has now been delayed 4 times. How can a package be out for delivery at 5:30 AM and still get delayed??? From now on, if I find out an order is being delivered from FedEx, I'll cancel the order and buy somewhere else.

After my subscription package was not delivered yet company said it was i ordered a replacement. So today i get my replacement package and all tech items are missing and the box has been taped up. FedEx you have thives working for you.

I have the same problem that everyone else has. Falsifying delivery attempts. Then saying attempt delivery at the wrong address when the address on the package is 100% correct. There is definitely someone stealing packages within this fedex office. It would be nice if they took it seriously. I have a grocery list long of back and forth transit between WV and Gaithersburg. I would give 0 stars if I could.

ANOTHER MISSING PACKAGE. Your corporate office needs evaluate the management of this GAITHERSBURG facility. I specifically left a sign which says do not leave packages at mailboxes because they get stolen. And of course your driver leaves it at the mailbox, updates the delivery information hours later, and now it's stolen. This is the 5th time our Fedex package has gone missing. Hire some quality employees or lose your customers. Fedex was reliable years ago but now just garbage!!
