My husband and I had an excellent experience with Govinda Ban at Toyota Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg, MD.
Govinda's customer service was outstanding-friendly, patient, and truly focused on helping us find the right vehicle. Very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all our questions and show the features of the car we ended up purchasing.
We needed a safe, reliable car, and he guided us through the options without any
pressure.
We also appreciated the dealership's honest, no-haggle pricing and the overall professionalism of the team.
We both highly recommend Govinda and Fitzgerald. Our family members are
Fitzgerald customers also.

Chris Ogene was referred to me by a family member. Chris has the most pleasant personality. He assisted me in locating the car I requested. There was no game playing, what you see on paper is what you get. Chris was not an aggressive salesman and gave me time to come to a decision about what car I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

The service dept put a nail in my tire and tried to tell me that it was there. Coming from someone that faithfully checks the exterior of my vehicle before driving off. They should have me on camera walking around my car, checking before handing the keys to them for service. Smh. Then tells me that it would cost nearly $500 to replace the tire since the “nail” was close to the wall of the tire. That’s insane.

Jessica Stagliano, the sales person I worked with at Fitsgerald's Toyota was outstanding. Although I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, over a few weeks of looking at and comparing used vehicles, she was the first and one of the ONLY sales people who could answer EVERY question I had about the car AND show me many features of which I was unaware. She was responsive, but not pushy, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an EXCEPTIONAL!!! experience. My sales representative, Johnny Auza, was just outstanding. Professional, personable, and incredibly attentive. He made the entire process enjoyable, stress-free, and transparent. I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Even though I arrived later in the evening, I never once felt rushed or pressured. Johnny’s communication and noticeable genuine care made all the difference from the start!!!
Sales Manager Seena Pishva was equally impressive! Welcoming, knowledgeable, and proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. His friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction truly elevated the experience.
The Finance Manager also deserves recognition for his efficiency and professionalism. He handled the final paperwork with ease, making the financing process quick, seamless, and completely painless.

I bought a new 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The best car I have ever owned. The buying experience was the best also. Such great helpful people at this dealership. In particular the sales person David was very helpful. I highly recommend them and I would go back and buy from them again in the future.

This store is a scam company. They adjusted the mileage meter for at least 200,000 miles. All the problems appeared before I drove 50,000 miles. The transmission was scrapped before I drove 100,000 miles. I changed the transmission oil very diligently and it was around 40,000 miles. When I bought it, my credit score was very high, so I was charged 14.99 interest. The car is more than four years old, and the bare car price is several thousand higher than others. If you see it, don't buy from this store. It's a scam. This Toyota company is really a scam company.

My nephew and I had a wonderful experience working with Chris Ogene at Fitz Toyota Gaithersburg. I got a positive vibe from Chris from the moment I contacted him on the phone, and it remained throughout our first meeting until the final transaction. He was knowledgeable, organized, and ultimately a good person who cared about selling my nephew a safe, reliable, and affordable vehicle. We didn't buy the same day; we needed a night to think on it. Chris came in the next day, his day off, to finalize the deal. It's scary buying a used car, but Fitz Mall and Chris' reputation take a lot of the worry away. We feel great about the purchase, and we made a friend in Chris. If I ever need another car, I'm going back to Chris.

Plenty of cars to choose from the atmosphere and energy is amazing. My good friend Christopher really helped me in my Aunt out. I’m very excited with the vehicle that we purchase. A customer service is above and beyond. This is the best place I’ve been to to buy a car and honestly probably the only place I’m ever gonna go to again to get a car All the staff there is amazing But the love and energy Christopher gave Was the best car by an experience ever I 1000% recommend buying from this dealership
