Bad Customer Service! The lady at the front didnt even say a word when I walked in, she had her head down the whole time and had a very bad attitude.Also she told me a price without even looking at my phone. Do not spend your money here .This place is GARBAGE.

They are completely all about money not about customer service. I came in there last last week with a cracked phone front screen. Trying to get it fixed and they told me to come back in a hour that it would be done. And now I have malfunctioning. Phone that turns off when it needs and I asked for them to fix it the following day and they were completely rude and didn't want to fix it

Amazing customer service. Anytime something goes wrong with any of my phones, this is the place I take it to. Always professional, quick, amazing service. They do all they can to fix your phone for you. So nice, so accommodating.

After Best Buy told me that they were not able to fix my iPhone XR because the screen was too badly shattered and flickering and they could not type in the Apple ID password to run the mandatory Apple diagnostic. After 45 minutes of trying they told me to go find a mall that had a cell phone repair kiosk and it would be a minimum of $199 to fix the screen. All the malls are gone..so I tried "Fix My Phone". Fixed it perfectly in 30 minutes and was only $100. Better than ever. Fast courteous service!

I went in to get my iPhones screen fixed, When I got it back my face ID was not working. I went back and the lady immediately tried to avoid blame and said it was just My phone, even though the tech that works there that I spoke to earlier said the screen might be faulty. After arguing they finally changed the screen again and of course everything worked BUT a few weeks in the whole screen just started coming off, never seen that before, and when I went back of course the same lady immediately just tried to avoid responsibility and wanted me to pay for another screen. Not sure if she owns the place but she runs it like a its a flee market.

My girlfriend's Phone was lost and someone found the phone and took it into this business. My guess is to have it repaired. Called the store and got absolutely no help and they were extremely rude and evasive. Find my iPhone clearly shows the device was inside this business yesterday. We have reported the phone stolen and have no choice but to let the police handle it. Thanks for nothing!

I went replace my iPhone xs screen, and when it was finished my screen was crooked a little bit. I took it back to ask them to fix it again, and the second time they made me wait a whole hour and didn't even fix it the second time. My screen protector was still on. This store needs better customer service.

I took my IPad generation 7 there because my screen was cracked but when I first got there he kept on asking for my password i told him the password and he kept on saying it was wrong and it wasn’t and he kept on complaining on how it was too long or what not after i took it to the place i received it back and my password was not wrong the screen started touching buttons by itself it blacked out and when i try to press the apps or buttons it doesn’t end up working it will take about 4 tries for me to open an app they fixed the screen my they made worse problems on my IPad what the hell!!

TERRIBLE place that rips you off. Dishonest, shady place. Took my phone in to get batteries exchanged for $42. They put a piece of junk in. Took phone to the back room, received it back 15 minutes later. Phone was charged only 70%. Thought if I charge it at home it goes up to 100% - did NOT happen. First day after battery exchange- still not holding up. Second day: charge went down even faster than before exchange. 3rd day, phone did not even charge any more. A couple hours later, when on 30% and I in the middle of writing a text: phone dies completely!! Not sure who is writing them their "good" reviews but this place is not anywhere close to trustworthy. My bad gut feeling right after I got out of that shop was spot on.

I took my new phone just to restart, they couldn’t do it and the next thing , they change my battery and put an spoiled battery in my phone that get warm when charging . Not professional at all

Zagg phone repair said my iPhone charging port was ruined & needed a replacement part, if I could even get it. Took my phone into Fix My Phone - took the gentleman less than 1 minute to peer into the port, extract the offending piece of metal which had broken off from a faulty charger, blow in some compressed air & voila! Phone was good as new! And no charge for his trouble! I cannot thank this man enough & will be sure to bring any future cell phone problems there for him to address.

My husband told me to take my iPhone to Daniel at Fix My Phone, but I didn't listen, took it elsewhere and wasted time and money. Then took it to Daniel who fixed it in an hour for $69, offered a warranty and was very nice. Just go see him straight away! Happy customer.

WARNING-ALL DATA LOST FROM PHONE AFTER SCREEN REPAIRI brought my phone in for a simple screen repair. The first thing I asked the service representative was if my data (photos-texts, etc.) would be lost. I was told by the service representative that my data would NOT be lost. I confirmed this response twice, the service representative guaranteed me that my data would not be lost. I was told that the phone screen would be replaced, period.When I picked up the phone the service representative told me he was "updating" my phone. When I dropped off the phone I was told that the screen would be replaced and my data would not be lost. I was NEVER informed that my phone would be updated.The service representative terminated the update upon my arrival, instructing me to finish the update at home, as he needed to close shop.When I returned home I followed the instructions provided, to hold the power and home button until my computer recognized the device. I was them instructed to select "update" of the options provided. Upon completing the update, ALL of my data (5 years of photos and text messages- to include photos of my child from age 4 years to 9 years were lost).When I contacted the service representative, I was told that he informed me that my data may have been lost and that he may need to do an update. BOTH COMPLETE LIES. As I even had a witness to the original service appointment. The representative did offer a complete refund, however, he would need to replace the fixed screen with a broken screen in order for me to get a refund! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!THE SERVICEMAN: LOST MY INFORMATION (5 YEARS OF MEMORIES); DID NOT INFORM ME OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND LIED TO ME!
