They report that workers still miss a lot of spots, requiring customers to double-check the work. A significant and repeated complaint is that the credit card machines are broken, so it is essential to bring cash. The self-serve brushes are also very old and worn down. Using them risks scratching your clear coat, as people use the same brush on wheels and painted panels. For this reason, some suggest it is only good for cargo vans and pickup trucks used for work. It is a nice spot for a self car-wash, but customers hope the self-service option remains after renovations.

Been coming here for a few years now. Always a hit or a miss. Majority of the time they do a great job and then there are days where you need to remind them that they missed a few obvious spots.

This place is very busy carwash. Good, they have a lot of people working to clean your car, but they still missed a lot of spots to clean here and there, and you still have to double-check the work.
