Be prepared to wait for your prescription. Mother was told to come back the next day and still a 45 min wait after a text message was received. Extremely frustrating specially for older folks who cannot wait around. Not sure if this all across all Giant pharmacist or this one in particular.

What a grossly mismanaged place. The line had 9 people and they had only 1 person waiting the desk. When I finally got to the top of the line they were out of the drug I needed. No way to get it from them till 5 tomorrow.
