A nice thrift store have a little bit of everything. They have good price for different stuff including clothing, bags, shoes, kitchen wares, picture frames, kitchen appliances, bed sheets cover and more. For people that wanted to save a lot and still wanted to find nice used stuff, check this out!

Terrible place, I don't recommend it, the prices are extremely high, it is preferable and cheaper to buy new now instead of going there.

Good products, good prices, for some things. Higher then some other thrift stores though.
But they did have a GREAT dress selection!

I was in your store at the address 619 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
When I walked down the aisles, I found myself in the sections where one of the employees was unpacking items from a cart twice.
For the second time, the employee started telling me to stop following her.
I replied that I am not stalking her, to which she continued to insist that I am stalking her.
Both times I was 2 meters away from the employee, examining the merchandise, did not touch the employee, did not touch the cart.
I explained that I was just in the store and not following anyone,
to which the employee very irritably insisted that since I was in the same aisle as her, I was stalking her.
When I asked to call the manager, the manager never showed up.
I do not understand on what grounds I was accused of harassment.
If it is prohibited to be in the same aisle as the employee who is arranging the merchandise,
that aisle should be cordoned off during this time so that customers cannot go in there.
I was very upset that I was being accused of something unclear.
Do you have an excerpt from the store's rules stating that the customer is not allowed to be in the aisle while an employee is restocking items from the cart and explain why in this case the row was not fenced off?

The Gaithersburg, MD location (South Frederick Rd) has always provided my family and I with the fruitful experiences. The staff that receives donations is terrific. They’re always polite, as they’re interacting with me and other donators. They are very diligent at their work, as I almost never see them “standing around & doing nothing” - you’ll be in good hands. Also, the store itself is organized and easy to find obscure merchandise. It’s our “go to” thrift store, before checking out other such stores.

i found so many amazing items at this goodwill. it has had what i needed when i wanted clothes a tea cups and candles during mg high school and early college years. while i have returned many of those finds back into the system, now as an adult with a career and family, i still am using my old finds here in my first house (wooden jewelry box found in 2015, glass cabinet found in 2019). i was away for a few years, but came back recently since moving back to the area with my husband, and still found so many amazing pieces that will continue to be a part of my life for a long time to come! i love this goodwill — its also extremely organized and staff is kind

5 stars for 5 reasons
1. Cheap cloths! They have everything from jeans, shorts, shirts, dress up pants and more
2. Friendly customer service
3. Clean and somewhat organized
4. Nice variety of things to purchase from cloths, kitchen stuff, tables, mattress, shoes, toys, crutches, bike rags and much more.
5. Easy parking and easy location to get to if you’re in the Gaithersburg area.

This is a great store. It is in a good location with plenty of parking. The store itself is a good size with well labeled aisles. Everything was really well organized when I was there and the staff were incredibly attentive, taking time to help customers who needed extra assistance. I will definitely return, there were some great finds.

The employees that take donations are the laziest, rudest and most entitled bunch imaginable. The dump is literally just a couple of minutes away...save yourself the hassle and either just throw everything away instead or call the Vets of America who will come pick it up from your house. Both are better options that subjecting yourself to these clowns.

Run away if you’re a reseller. Hard to find great things, but when you do, it’s outrageous pricing. They want $120 for a miter saw that sells on Marketplace for $40. And $150 for an old grandma chair that has rips on it. Delusional. They’re basically charging what resellers charge but a lot of times way more than market value. Insanity.

Whoever prives the items, needs a reality check. 75$ for a used blender, 50 for a used air fryer. Crazy prices and probably the worst Goodwill in DMV.

Really dirty Goodwill and the prices here are terrible. Whoever is doing the pricing here needs a reality check. Don’t support goodwill. There’s plenty of other thrift stores around the area that are much better.
