Price, quality, customer service - all 5 stars!My car was side swiped about a month ago, and I had to get it fixed in a hurry.I got three quotes for the job.One from caliber, another from collision, and the third one from Mr. Han. One place wanted 3k, another place wanted 2.6k, and Mr. Han gave me a quote for 2.1k.At the end I went with Mr. Han not because he offered me the best price but because his google reviews were phenomenal. He certainly didn't disappoint.The fact that he met his promise of getting the job done in 5 business days gives me confidence that he will certainly come through for you, too!I'm uploading a picture of before and after.

I’ve experienced a car accident last month and I did research online that Han’s auto had a great reputation. So I decided to send my car there. They were professional and nice. They sent me very detailed cost estimate and always called me to update progress. I had to pay by myself so they did a great job to repair the car in great condition with great price. They also asked employee to come to my place to pick me up to the shop for picking up my car. I’ve driven it for one month and there was no issue at all, great quality and service. Strongly recommended!

I have never received tons of photo about my car through whole repair process from any other body shop and they even found internal problem which is usually ignored by other shops. TRUSTWORTHY! I was referred to Han’s Auto and I took a chance. This was by far the best repair shop I’ve ever taken my car to and the work backs it up. I never felt like I was left in the dark about what was going on with my car. They kept me in the know from start to finish! Pictures were sent throughout and when I say thorough, I mean thorough. I’ve never seen a repair shop so dedicated to their work and for that I am forever appreciative. Your car will leave looking brand new (a lot better from when you took it in). I was referred to Han's auto body and the way they work is beyond amazing! My car had to be repaired due to car accident. Staff @ Han's auto were friendly and attentive. They informed me regularly via email communication with pictures, documents and phone calls. They were meticulous and careful to do the job from the beginning till the end. Took my GX470 here for work after unfortunately hitting a gate opener post. The staff and owner did a amazing job with the repair and progress updates. All pricing was done in a very transparent manner and I could tell the owner genuinely really cared about not only his business but also the quality of what his shop put out. I’ve been to several different body shops in my life, and this place takes home the prize. They are very thorough, will send emails with details of everything throughout the process, and not to mention they are incredibly friendly and professional. My car came back looking better than it did before my collision. Definitely going to urge my family and friends to come here. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Got the quote quickly (some places required appointments that are 1-2 weeks in advance), dropped off my car for a week, they've been keeping in touch with me before the job started of anything additional that I might want to consider them fixing and when I came back the dent/scratch in my car was completely gone! They blended in the color very well and offered to tighten my rear bumper (at a cost). Overall, body shops are generally on the expensive side in my opinion, but they did a good job and I will gladly come back to them next time I need to.

Hans auto always does a great job taking care of you and your car. I'm my family and I have been taking our cars here for years and they always fix it up and handle everything professionally. Especially with insurance claims they are great with getting everything done for you.

Took my vehicle to these guys a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the results. First of all exceptional customer service. They go into depth with about damage and repairs needed. They work with insurance company to ensure you are getting true and honest service. While it took longer than expected for my cars repairs Han would call periodically to provide status and give me assurance that the car is be worked on. Definitely recommend to others.
