Harbor Freight is what it is: adequate tools at cheap prices. Retired mechanic who had over $60k in tools and box speaking here, so I might know a thing or two about tools. However, you just can't beat the prices for tools that will get the job done around the house, but they definitely aren't for professional/heavy-duty use. There are plenty of videos and stories online of their impact sockets literally exploding, so foretold is forewarned. BTW, Home Depot and Lowes tools aren't much better and are much more expensive regarding hand tools.

The most challenging aspect of making that quick 'special tool' run to Harbor Freight Tools (HFT) is finding yourself standing in the middle ofaffordable disposable tool heaven.
How are you getting on the web to find a new 14 inch chainsaw blade for that the Chicago 14-in electric chainsaw you bought from there flight 45 dollars on sale or whatever to find out that the dang thing has been recalled because the power switch tends to stay on. I'm considering yourself pretty pretty skillful that you still got all your digits. Call up harbor freight Central to find out what to do with a recall and they tell you to take it to your local store and they'll deal with it and if you want to that chainsaw blade you're going to have to get it from another local hardware store they're pretty common but they don't stock them there.
