I’ve been coming here for awhile but I’m done. They allow people to bring their dogs into the store (unsanitary). The are clearly not service animals as they don’t behave like service animals and are not identified as such. It’s becoming more common and today they were multiple animals in the produce section. You see them in carts meant for our food, 20 feet away from their owners on retractable leashes and no one ever says anything. On top of that they have no baskets and maybe 5 small carts so you have to either take a huge cart or a personal bag. Even if you do get a cart, who wants to use one that’shad a dogs butthole all over it! The location may seem convenient but the foot traffic doing by the intersection to turn in can be difficult to deal with. Dingbats from the gym and Starbucks wandering into the street without looking. Their delivery trucks will often park in front of the store blocking half the street in what is usually a busy parking lot. There is no line for self check out so it just backs up into the aisle.

I like this store but hesitate to shop here because there are rarely any available carts or baskets. I’ve been here the last three weekends and there have been no carts. Zero. Had to hold my groceries. Unless you wish to walk around the parking lot looking for a cart don’t come here. I’ll shop elsewhere in future which is a bummer because the store itself is very nice and the location is good.

On 02/09/25, I visited this store to purchase groceries for my son’s birthday dinner. Due to damage to my EBT card’s strip a few days prior, I needed to have it manually entered at checkout. I had my physical card and valid ID, yet I was denied the transaction. When I asked why, the manager, Austin, questioned whether I had ever had a job—an unnecessary and inappropriate remark.
I was then told that store policy prohibits manual entry for transactions over $100, even though my total was under that amount. This was inconsistent with my prior experience at this same location, where manager Camron manually entered my card without issue just two days before. Additionally, the assisting manager acknowledged that my children, including my disabled child, frequently shop there and use the same card without problems.
This experience left me feeling humiliated and discriminated against simply for using EBT. I had to go to another store (Giant), where my card was manually entered without issue, confirming that this was not a system-wide problem but rather a store-specific decision. This level of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope the store addresses its policies and employee training to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

The lack of carts and baskets is problematic. You have to chase people down in the parking lot to get one or struggle to carry your items in your arms. It’s unfortunate as the store itself is really nice and has a lot of variety, but that doesn’t matter if you can’t shop properly. This issue has lead me to go to another grocery store for my weekly shopping instead. I now only use it for a quick stop by.

The pharmacy always has an issue. Whether they give me information on my refill one day and the next day it's different. I only deal with one pharmacist and one pharmacist technician as they are the only competent ones. I get asked to call back specifically, someone new answers the phone and has no clue what's going on. They are always short staffed. Just today someone answered the phone and was so rude, giving unnecessary attitude when I asked a simple question. Find another pharmacy, not worth stress. I would give a zero if it let me.

The produce...especially the fresh Corn ears looked pretty picked over...and were old some had been husked ...found to be bad looking and left in the bin.

Frustrated and done.
It’s bad enough they removed the smaller push carts and hand baskets; only have 1 or 2 checkers open and a guy with a gun watching you use self checkout. But now!? I can’t use my own bags?!!? Seriously??? I went to place them in the self checkout because 1 checker and a line, and the person working the self checkout said I can’t do that!
Drive a little further and you can scan and bag at a Giant and not have a guy with a gun watching you.

I bought a small frozen pizza a few days ago. It is expired by 4 months. I don’t think it’s worth trying to get my money back. Everyone, check your expiration dates!

Clean and bright store. Not very friendly or helpful customer service.

On a Sunday night the store apparently closed at 10pm, an hour early, for "floor maintenance". There was no notice of this on the website and therefore not reflected on the store's hours. I walk up to the store at 10:01 to buy medicine for myself as Ive been battling a flu like illness for a couple days. I knock on the door begging a security guard and presumably a store manager to let me pick up some medicine which would take at most a minute to which they both shrug there shoulders and say "sorry we're closed." I almost exclusively do my grocery shopping at this store, they clearly have no regard for their customers beyond the money you give them. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
