I'm so glad I decided to try H&R Block back in 2022, and I’ve never looked back since. My accountant, Jong Rak Ma, has been sincerely kind and has assisted me in getting a refund more than once—including a big one this year! What surprised me the most this time was how different and convenient the experience was compared to previous years—I was able to get my taxes filed and completed entirely online instead of going to the office. Now, my taxes are done, and I don’t have to worry about them for the rest of the year. Highly recommend Jong Rak Ma and the H&R Block team!

Use H&R Block at your own risk. If you have any issues with your return, your case will be assigned to Paula Marques, a Multi-Unit Team Leader for this area, who will outright refuse to respond to calls, emails, or messages left with her office requesting a call back. Calling the corporate number is completely useless. They will repeatedly re-escalate your case, but nobody ever contacts you. You will just get the run around for weeks until Paula is in the mood to respond to you, and when she does finally call you she will just tell you they did nothing wrong. She will also insist that they are more knowledgeable than a CPA when it comes to taxes so whatever the CPA you hired to fix your taxes told you must be wrong. Every aspect of dealing with H&R Block is a nightmare. There is no accountability whatsoever for the errors they make.

Came originally to this location with complicated taxes, and Ms Amy ( Amrit) was able to help with everything in such great detail. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind. I would highly suggest visiting this location- even the front desk lady is very friendly! For the amount of work that goes into filing taxes, I’d say their fees are reasonable.
