But let me tell you, Suzie was an absolute rockstar! 🌟 She went above and beyond to make things right, and I am beyond grateful.
  
  After checking their stock, I decided to switch to the brown and checkered mini backpack and added the best version crossbody to my order. Despite the restock delay, Suzie handled everything professionally, patiently, and with the kindest attitude—even with all my numerous questions! My new order arrived incredibly fast, and I couldn’t be happier.

  I have purchased numerous items from this store and I love every one of them. The prints/colors are very nice and the quality is amazing. Shipping is super fast. I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases (crossbody bags, wallets, key rings) and plan on shopping from this store more in the future.

  I ordered a black Ultimate Iris Crossbody Bag! I absolutely love it!! It is comfortable enough that I forget I am wearing it and often wear it all day!!! It has enough room for my wallet, epi pen, and other personal belongings and doesn't feel bulky or heavy!

  Just want to do a quick shout out to the FANTASTIC customer service at Iris & Rainbow. I had a little zipper problem with one of my bags, and they got back to me quickly, and offered to replace it immediately. That coupled with the fact that I love their bags is a winning combo.

  I accidentally placed a “double order” for an item and I emailed them immediately to see if they could cancel the dublicate for me. I received an email promptly canceling it and sending me a refund no questions asked. I appreciate the great customer service and also the items I received are so cute. Great quality.
