I had an amazing out-of-state experience purchasing my brand new 2025 Taos SE. I found a great deal online and communicated with Gerard through text and email. He arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and brought to the dealership, where his associate Albert presented the vehicle and made the entire paperwork process smooth and efficient. Everything was extremely transparent from start to finish, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. They even filled my gas tank, knowing I had a long drive back to my home state. If I could give them six stars, I would. Highly recommend them for your next purchase.

This was the best buying experience I’ve had recently. Was able to negotiate with my salesperson Albert Kliaz without ever having to step into the dealership. Completed all documents online and picked up the 2025 Tiguan the following day. We literally were in the dealership 30 minutes and we were on our way home. If needed King Volkswagen will deliver your new ride up to 100 miles no extra charge.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a fan of dealing with dealerships, nor am I a fan of having to buy a new car. I would imagine that's pretty much the norm for most people. I was suspicious when I spoke to Albert, my salesperson, who was completely organized, super personable, not pushy, gave me the answers that I wanted, and nothing was ever shady, or tricky or deceptive. I was searching for a new VW. I called Albert. I did not come to the showroom. I spoke to him. He gave me the out-the-door price, and it was an amazing deal. I can't say so much about some of the other dealerships in the area, including a very big one that starts with the letter O. They were pushy. I got calls from over three or four different salespeople from the same place, so it got very confusing. Where at King, I only dealt with Albert. When I finally came to look at the models they had available, I was super excited and started the sales process. Filling out the paper was super easy. It took about an hour in total. We also dealt with the finance department with a man named Yousof. He was also straightforward about options for extended warranties, etc. Only tried to upsell us on things that he felt were legitimate. Told us about the things he felt were not legitimate. When we did our research, he was completely correct. There was no deceptive actions there as well, which was super refreshing. They gave us an amazing deal for our trade-in, and we were so happy with all of the service and support there. Don't think twice about bringing your business to King Volkswagen and Kia.

I was looking at a used Mazda 3 listed for $20700. I was greeted by a friendly salesman, Albert, who had helped me throughout this process. Out the door price without negotiation was $23600. Got them down to $22400 and would be financing. Was all going great up until this point. I was going to have them run my credit to get the rate, when they began urging me to make the $1000 holding fee which I have no problem with- as long as they would tell me my rate. They told me I couldn’t get a 36 month loan despite having 730 credit score and a co-signer that has an 845- I only have 60-72 months to finance as an option. Complete bull. Then when I said I wouldn’t be doing something for that term, they folded and said they can do 36 months, and that they “mixed up paperwork” with another customer. This is all with messages scattered in, urging me to give them $1000 to secure the deal. Why would I secure a deal in which I have no idea what interest I’ll be paying? Anyway, they still haven’t told me my rate despite running my credit and hitting my score, so they must have some crazy number they don’t wanna tell me. Whatever. Onto the next.

Mr. Dennis Martinez and Mr. Marshall Crawford were absolutely amazing. First of all, Mr. Martinez was great in selling the vehicle to me. Absolutely love the vehicle. When I noticed there was a problem with the heating and air-conditioning unit, I called Mr. Martinez right away and he told me he would take care of it. Mr. Crawford and his team fixed the problem. Everything was fantastic. Because I had to take the metro to pick up my vehicle when I bought it and to pick it up after repairs, Mr. Martinez personally made sure I had transportation from the metro. Again, outstanding customer service. Great customer service from Mr. Martinez and Mr. Crawford. I will definitely recommend king Kia to anyone I know. Thank you for a great experience

I’ve always had great service at King VW. Gwayne is a wonderful service advisor. He is great at communicating the progress of the service, and knowing what offers are available for the customer. And no sexist BS from anyone in the service department.
