This is the worst labcorp I’ve ever been to. Came to this location because I thought it would be convenient considering I had a doctors appointment close by. We had an appointment for 9:30am, I checked in at the kiosk, but I wasn’t even called by the receptionist until after 10:30, the girl at the desk sara was very rude I had a question about my moms blood work order but she refused to answer or even listen to my questions she just kept telling me I need to ask the doctor and she’s not here to answer any questions and she sent us back to a room. After waiting several minutes the same girl sara came to our room asked my mom if she gave her urine sample we said no, then she scolded us for not giving a urine sample yet, I told her we were unaware of having to provide a urine and that was the question we was trying to ask before at the desk because my mom is slightly handicapped and needs special device to pee in that other labcorps have given us to use but she just rolled her eyes and said fine go do your urine and I’ll come back and she left the room without offering the assistance device this was the worst experience to date we just decided to leave at this point won’t be coming here again. Also so disorganized.

What's the point of making an appointment and checking in early when you still have to wait 30 minutes to be seen????? Looks like walk in and appointments are treated the same. The worst!
To add insult, they put you in a room for another 30 minutes. What is going in here. The quality has declined significantly and I have been using this location for years. I miss Ron.

Very inefficient. The technicians are responsible for registering the patients. This just slows down everything. They have multiple patients sitting in the back with no technician drawing blood. One hour after opening and not one patient has had their blood drawn. Why can’t they get the place organized?

On a Saturday be prepared to wait 1.5 - 2HRs. There is a long line that starts to form around 7:30am.(I have been to this location also on a week day closer to lunch time and there was no wait). I left in the morning because of the line and then returned around 10am which was not too bad. (I was a walk in but if you make an Appointment online I think the process is probably faster)You must check in at the Kiosk and then wait to be called, if the office is packed and you don’t want to wait inside you have the option of waiting in your car and then they will text you once you are called to present your INS and lab slip.
The front desk staff is really kind and friendly and so is the lab technician. People complain about the long wait but honestly these people work extremely hard and it does take time to enter all information in the system correctly with no mistakes and on top of that back to back one or after the other.
The higher ups that are in charge need to hire more staff to help move things along more faster or come up with a different plan especially for weekends.

The wait is incredibly long (1.5 hours), the facility is not particularly clean, and they leave PII on screen in the blood drawing rooms where anyone could see every patient’s name and DOB.

If I could give this place 0 starts, I certainly would!!! I had a visit just a few days ago.. I went for my routine lab work that I unfortunately have to have done every 3 months. Not only are they understaffed, but the little staff that they DO have suck! They are so rude, miserable, and beyond unprofessional. The wait is EXTREMELY LONG!! After an hour+, I get called to another waiting room. Past 20 mins of that, I get called into their nasty little rooms. Sara is extremely rude and disrespectful. I come in for 2 orders to be done and from 2 different offices. She draws my blood without even knowing what she has to do. She doesn’t look at any paper of any of my orders. The front scans them in and I’d assume they enter into my file what needs to be done?? Anyways, I finish up and leave after getting 5 bottles of blood taken. About 15 minutes later, I revive a call saying that I need to come back and get more blood drawn. Sara said that I “forgot my orders in the waiting room”. I’m obviously mad because I have to go all the way back and obviously wait who knows how long. Eventually I get more blood taken. I ask how she didn’t know that I had 2 orders. How is she going to draw blood without knowing what needs to be done and how much needs to be taken?? After asking Sara, she replied very rudely. She said that she did “NOT need to call us saying that they needed to draw more blood” and that it was a “courtesy.” EXCUSE ME???? It is your JOB???!! It was her fault that she did not ask me for my orders. It was her fault for not asking me for my orders. And how on earth is she going to draw blood without knowing how much or what for???? I am so disappointed with this company and their location. Sara, you suck..

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE what so everrr!!! They do not know how to do their right and up ends damaging more just for one blood drawn
On Saturday Oct 5, I went to lapcorp to get my blood drawn, where the Spanish young lady couldn’t find any blood and started fishing through my vein. Which ended up causing my whole arm to get swollen up and be in pain to the point where I would not use it at all. I been almost a month and I am unable to use my right arm. I been going to ER, doctors appt for this when all they needed to do is doing their job right!
I couldn’t reach anyone for my complaint
So I had to call the corporate to after many try’s to reach someone.
Please don’t go there, they wouldn’t be able to even drawn blood what service can they offer.
Unprofessional, unhuman, disrespectful and most of all irresponsible.
People needs more training where they can do their jobs right specially in the medical field.

Do not bring a baby or a young toddler to this clinic. They have no experience with babies, and they are grossly incompetent in handling babies.

The staff are wonderful but the place is short-staffed. I guess management prioritizes profits over staff & patient satisfaction.

Never go there, they turned my arm into darkish blue. I have doing bloodwork for years and this is for the first time this happened. Highly disappointed.

Don't go there. Wait time is unbearably long. The staff is not particularly helpful either.

I don't recommend anyone to come here, my one-year-old son was tortured so badly, they couldn't take blood, they just mutilated his hand
