The clothes are cute, but the dressing rooms are full of dust and overall have dirty floors.I walked in looking for some outfits and no one greeted me... like at all. There was only one other customer there so they weren't busy and the other customer was in the dressing room screaming "helloooo can someone help me"After no one helped me I ended up leaving for one of the other stores and got some help with new outfits.

Wanted to shout out an associate Erica! She provided amazing customer service to me and my cousin. We both ended up buying several items all because she helped us locate different sizes and styles. Really appreciated it!

I initially came to LOFT to return part of an online order. After returning Lou & Grey lounge wear that didn't fit well, I browsed the sale area, everything was final sale. All the blouses and tops were $18 and other sale items were an additional 60%. I found a Fair Isle Puff Sleeve Sweater. Chelsea made my return and purchase process smooth!

12.14.22 I stopped in today to return an XS Petite (XSP) sweater I had purchased online as the neck was loose or stretched out. I decided to try on another sweater just to see if the neck was any different and fortunately it was much more fitted. I did up the size to a SP in case it shrinks around my tummy in the dryer it won't be snug. There was an associate who came up to me and asked if I wanted a fitting room. That was nice as my hands were full with merchandise to try on. My exchange at the register was a seamless transaction and I was pleasantly surprised to learn I got a credit of $7.47 as my sweater was on sale. This location seemed more spacious than at other locations within malls. They have a large selection of merchandise and have friendly and helpful staff.

Every time that I go in, the customer service is fantastic! A few weeks ago, an associate spent her time helping me find an outfit for a funeral. Today, a different associate helped me do an exchange for a different size for the sweaters that I bought online. She found one of the two in store and ordered the other online for me so that I did not have to pay shipping on the one sweater. She even matched the prices since my online order was during a sale.I worked retail for over ten years and this is one of the best stores that I have been to!

Randomly decided to close the store at 5pm on Memorial Day. I got there at 5pm exact and the door was already locked and they refused to open the door. Terrible service!

Of course you are greeted as you enter the store but that quickly changes when you hit the check out. I overheard on many occasions where an employee simply does not have the patience to speak with foreigners or people with broken English. Not just with my mother as i browse the store just other in general. Multiple occasions. Educate your Middle age staff bc we need to better! Thanks

Love Loft - the associates working here need some more training...I bought a sweater at this location, but when I went home and tried to wear it, it was terribly itchy and could not even walk around my living room with it. I brought the tag, receipt and sweater back the next week. The associate working there told me I could only receive store credit since the tag was not attached. I was confused as I had never heard a policy like this - I still had the tag and the sweater was in perfect condition. She turned to the other associate next to her and she confirmed the policy. I did not want to cause an issue and assumed they knew what they were talking about so i accepted it. I called customer service on my way home as this policy was very odd - they told me that that was NOT a company policy. I was lied to by two associates. I was told I would hear back from corporate ASAP. I received an vague email telling me someone would follow up with me a few days later. It has now been 2 weeks and I still am getting the run around from Loft customer service. By now there is not point in getting my money back, I just want to share my experience and make sure the store stops doing this to its customers.

Visited Anne Loft at Rio outside Mall. My wife found lots of good bargains and clothes that fit. Nice front seats by the entrance for husbands. Good service.

Current management is rude, she's got this passive aggressive attitude and uptight. She just stated she doesn't make any mistake especially when an item goes out of the store without a tag. she was adamant about it in how she's always right. All i wanted was to change a pair of jeans for different size since i ordered online. the tag on the waist of the jeans was still on however she insisted that a tag with plastic attached is what she needed. also, she was demeaning another store assistant in front of me. even though, her accent was thick but I still made out what she was saying. i'm never coming back to this store.
