It’s located right by barking Mad cafe, in the corner! I walked in and was seen right away by Linda. She was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend! She removed my old gel and recommended a dip to keep my nails healthy. K

I LOVE my nails!!! I have been going to nail salons for years and seldom do I say I LOVE my nails. Linda was able to capture the vision of what I wanted. And carefully buffed and filed down my nails to the perfect shape. My nails are so smooth. They look super soft and feminine! My toes look great too! I am definitely coming back. Thank youuuu!

I love the design and color but the reason for such a low rating is my fingers and toes itched and hurt. I didn’t think anything of it. Thought that it was maybe just because I went out into the sun right after. But then it was red and itching on my cuticles. And I noticed red spotting like bruises. And it’s all around my toes and fingers. The pedicure was too fast. I still have cuticles all around my toes. And my nail cuticles are swollen and red with bruises. I’m not going back. Only a drill was used and I kept saying it hurt. I have a cut under my pinky nail. Definitely not worth a second visit. I needed them done for an event or I would ask for my money back.

Lotus Nails salon is a hidden gem in Montgomery County MD. They're known for being a very professional establishment and very accommodating towards their customers. I recommend Lotus Nails for excellent customer service and for being extremely clean inside. Anyone that is looking for superb customer service and excellent hygiene, The location is right off of I-270, near Watkins mill exit by the Spectrum apartments. Near Royal Farms and Starbucks. Great location and parking is convenient for all of the retailers in the neighborhood. I rate Lotus Nails 10/ 10👍🏽

It was my first time coming here, everyone was very nice. I gave it a 3 just because I felt like when she did my dip powder nails I felt like she rushed and I don’t like it when they drill your nails and it was kind of hurting. And then the guy who did my pedicure barely gave me a massage…. Like I thought you’re suppose to get that with a pedicure. I still tipped even tho I felt like it wasn’t the best service. I’m not coming back but it was ok.

So it wasn’t very good. They didn’t put multiple coats on our nails and overall felt very rushed. My nail application was crooked and there is still some nail residue on my hands. Just a sloppy job overall.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lotus Nails! I came in on Memorial Day, not realizing they were closed for renovations, and I was having a rough day. Linda went above and beyond—she still welcomed me in and did my nails with such care and kindness. Her generosity truly turned my day around. I showed up as a walk-in 45 minutes before closing and the ladies were absolutely lovely and welcoming. There was some co fusion as to the closing time 7 or 8 but they seated me anyways and helped me get a much needed pedicure and manicure. I highly recommend them. They did excellent work but most of all made me feel welcomed. 5 stars!!

First time at this salon and asked for a full set almond shape nails came in with short nails to begin with and ended up with much shorter nails. I didn’t like that they ask you what you want and they do what they want for you and when you say something they say oh
“this betta fo u”. Then when it came to color I specifically said milky white they started to put bone white that’s where I drew the line. I couldn’t wait til the technician/owner finished so I could pay and leave. Thank God nails grow back now just have to wait and start over . Wouldn’t recommend t be coming back seems like their clientele is older than 50 .

Their work is OKAY but their customer service is garbage. Their employees try to act like they don’t understand you just so you’ll shut up. They can be very rude, very often. They also talk about you to each other right in front of your face if you ask them to fix something or just see a different color. Shameful. This is why their salon is always empty now. This is why people go to independent nail techs or just do their nails at home. Been coming here since 2018 and I honestly don’t know why. They’ll n ver get another dime from me.

Just got the best damn pedicure of my life! If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. Establishment is clean and relaxing. The massage is *actually* extended which I LOVED. Ask for Tony. His attention to detail is impeccable. My feet have never looked this good. I can't say enough good things about this place. I feel like a brand new person from the legs down.

I came for a pedi and was shocked my nail tech was trying to use a used nail file on my toes. Also he was going to use a used foot scrub that clearly had dead skin. I had to tell him to get a new one! I’m not even sure his nail clippers and cuticle cutter were sanitized 😷 very unprofessional.

I’m a single mom of three very young children. I don’t have much time for myself and my self esteem could use some work. Linda is incredible. She is a magician. I’ve been seeing her for over two months now. Even though my life is chaotic, I look down at my nails and it offers me some peace, a reminder that I can still be beautiful. Thanks to her skill, talent and experience. I will not go anywhere else. I found my girl.
