I've had absolutely horrible experience at this store! This is probably my 2nd bad review ever, I always leave only good reviews unless there is very big mess up. I've placed an order for a gas stove then waited 10 days only to find out that the stove was damaged. That's fine, things happen. Then I placed another order, and I asked to make sure when it will be delivered (cause I already waited 10 days), they said in 1 day. I said ok, that's great. Then 2 hours later I got a call and they said they don't have it in stock, it will be available on April 13th!! So I have to wait another month! The worst part about it all, Noone even try to come up with some solution, like find a similar model to expedite things, instead I've had atleast 3 times where employees just hang up phone on me and nobody knows anything, having conflicting information. Worst experience !!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. My husband and I were in the store to get some wall anchors. We were followed around the store by multiple employees. Initially it seemed friendly but the more we walked around looking for hvac filters it became apparent they were looking to accuse us of something other than that. The security guy made his way around us more than five times in the less than ten mins we were in the store. It was very empty in the store and maybe they didn’t have anything better to do but we won’t be going back. It made us feel very uneasy.

This store for the most part has what I am looking for. But today they really let me down. I needed some split rail fence items to make a needed repair. They showed a good quality of the three different items needed. I went to the fence material area and started loading my cart up. But when it came to my final item that I needed, it was no where to be found. What I needed was a 3 rail end post and they showed having it on line. I asked for help and they keep scanning the same fencing lumber repeatedly. They walked outside the locked fence after finally getting a key to open the gate. But after 15 minute, they could not find the fence post outside the gate. Their final words to me was it must be up in the ceiling. I asked if I needed to start climbing the pallet racking? At that point they were done looking, so I started walking away totally frustrated. I hear them ask me if I wanted the items on the loaded cart, I replied "no". I could not make the fence repair without a fence post. On my way out of the store I stopped at the return desk asking for a store manager. The reply was there was no manager that day, and I find that very hard to believe. Lowes Gaithersburg I am very disappointed with your store today.

We had a very positive experience at this Lowe’s. Akshay in the Appliance section and Department Supervisor Sean Z were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during our recent visit. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, their assistance was a truly refreshing experience!

Wow, the pick up line and staff are GREAT.
This is truly the best pick up process and operation I have experienced at any hardware stores so far.
Ordered before midnight the night before, got an email before 6am said it’s ready. I checked in on my way there, got in, there is a special line. Scanned the barcode, Steve came over within 30 seconds, gave me my order pleasantly, I got out within 3 minutes.
