Very pushy to sell their product. Sizes are different than the norm - I was advised a size 10. If I do the wiggle dance I can get them on- not very supportive. Wanted capri length - not what I got.Soft but VERY expensive. $94.00 on sale and they don't listen to what you want.

Loved the store. I visited it in the weekend, and it was crowded. The staff were super helpful and nice. I love their products. This is a nice outlet - neatly organized and super stocked.

I want to give a shout out to Iman on her amazing attitude. I was at the store picking up my pants and was greeted with a bright smile from her. Through the entire process, she was very professional and pleasant to deal with. She should be the employee of the month :)

I just had the weirdest experience at this specific location. I was making an online return, something I've done plenty of times--including at this location. Someone who appeared to be a manager was very friendly and welcomed us to the desk, and began to help us out. She quickly mentioned that she will need to process the return to the card which had the same 4 digits as what was listed on the receipt, and I mentioned that I had used Apple Pay--she said ok no problem. I tapped my Apple Pay card to complete the return transaction (the same one used for my purchase). She processed the return as usual, but then in a thinly veiled aggressive tone said "I made the return for you this time to give you A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE but for future reference, you need to have the SAME CARD with the SAME FOUR NUMBERS." I was very confused since nothing aggressive had happened before this, and I mentioned again that I tapped the same card I used for purchasing my returned item online. She basically said "well on the receipt it ends with xxxx but when you TRULY do Apple Pay it should end with 0000 on the receipt." This is laughable because my father works at Apple HQ and has worked on this technology so I knew she was mistaken, but I gently thanked her for her assistance and reiterated that I don't have a card that ends with xxxx, that was just the mask for my actual card number. She replied "AS I SAID, I MADE THE RETURN THIS TIME ONLY FOR A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE." I truly do not know what her problem was, but my husband and I left very confused by her tone and actions. The passive aggressive reiterations that she's providing us a great guest experience while she was berating us unprovoked left us feeling anything but great. Perhaps this manager/employee needs to be educated on payment systems before she uses her lack of knowledge to take her frustrations out on customers.

I’m a poor person. Can I come in and steal whatever I want? I would like to get some clothes for my girlfriend and daughters?Like do you have carts? Can I just load up and walk out?I’ll be reasonable, maybe like just a few jogging pants and shirts for my kids. And maybe just a pair of shorts and a t shirt for my girl friend?What do you think? Camila and the team here are BEYOND excellent. The patience, customer service, attention to detail and overall experience was appalling. I highly recommend this store. The staff here do a PHENOMENAL job. 11/10.

My family loves this location from my husband to all four of my kids. We always have an amazing experience with Erika and the entire team. Erika is filled with knowledge from the clothes , to awesome places to eat , and fun things to do in the area. We make the drive on the weekends, if you are new to lululemon or the area head to lululemon in Gaithersburg on the weekends you'll find her being your map! This location also has awesome parking, good places to eat nearby! Highly would recommend.

Came here for an online return, and everyone was super helpful and nice. Matt helped me with my return. I purchased my order partially with a gift card, and partially on my CC. Strangely my order didn't give a breakdown of how much was on the GC and how much was charged to my card, so Matt allowed me to just refund it all back to my card but (of course) I forgot my CC. I came back several days later, expecting to explain everything all over again, but instead they still remembered me and my discussion with Matt. I never write reviews but their level of attentiveness is just impressive (especially since nowadays good service seems nearly impossible to find). I will definitely be shopping at this LLL from now on.

Erika is amazing! She is so helpful and has the best personality. You can tell she really cares about every customer and takes the time make sure each customer feels valued and happy! I'm looking for her every time I go in that store from now on!!!

I can't begin to tell you what a great experience I had with Erika today. I came in feeling guilty that I had so many items I needed hemmed and she set me right at ease, easily connected with me, and got all of the items done faster than I wanted to stop chatting with her. She was able to help me find the perfect top while I was there (and my list of specifics of what I wanted was long). She is a wealth of knowledge of the entire line, and a breath of fresh air. I had been dreading bringing in the items and spending a Sunday in a retail store but she made it enjoyable. Thank you, Erika, for making me feel like I no longer want to do all my shopping online- you made my day!
