The cashier i got was to busy out on the floor on a personal phone call to open her register to help out with a very long line. When she finally decides to help she calls me to her register no hi hello nothing she continues to talk in her language taking her personal phone call in her ear buds didnt say a word to me the entire transaction. The customer service here is very lacking.

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a backpack and the manager told me I had to go back to Rockville location where I purchased it and she tried to say it was used. I was confused as I have returned at different locations before. She yelled at me and started to yell at her own employees in front of everyone telling them not to get involved and to mind their business and go to there stations. It’s almost as if everyone’s afraid of her. The poor other employees didn’t have to go through that embarrassment and neither did I. This was the worst experience I have ever gone through. At the end she threw my stuff in the bag and told me to leave. She also did not want to give me her name. This is just a warning to anyone who ever has to return something avoid this location so you don’t have to get yelled at by the employees.

The clothes were of good quality and the jewellery too!

Got paid today and was so excited to spend my money here until i kept getting followed/looked at a certain way while shopping. It is always this older asian lady that keeps making my shopping experience really uncomfortable. Im always at this location and never attempted to steal anything but EVERYTIME!! this asian lady is there, i always end up leaving my cart full of stuff and leave the store empty handed because she just makes me so uncomfortable! And why would i spend my money to a place that makes me feel like that!

I visit this store sometimes when I need something for my little baby, but i have been ask for receipt while I’m leaving for non-reason if they ask all customers that was ok like rose store, but I don’t like the way they choose people, please give space for your customers don’t judge because of dress up or color.

Store manger snatched a suitcase from my 18 months old baby and she was terrified how a stranger came and snatched her suitcase (which I bought) from her hands she started crying and screaming he was so cruel, rude and would never buy from them again. Don’t go there!!!! I’m suing them!

It took over 25 minutes to assist 10 guests at checkout. There was no sense of purpose or urgency by any of the cashiers. I wouldn’t recommend

It always happens that we have to stay in line for 45 minutes because they only have two cashiers, and they work super slowly, causing a huge line. It’s a bad experience every time.
