Arrived with a snow dirty sports car. Got the best they offer. They brushed it with industrial brushes outside, like it’s an F150, then moved to the tunnel and brushed some more with hoses this time. Put it thru the tunnel, with no water or soap, blew it dry on the other end. Was it cleaner? Yeah. Was it what I expected? Not at all. Now I have wooden rub marks from the brushes. Seemed really scammy. Other customers before and after clearly not happy, one just drove away. Broken equipment was her claim but we should know that before spending $27 on that wash. Btw…undercarriage was definitely not done so I have to go elsewhere anyway for that. Only 5 of the 10 items on this list were done, questionably at best. Would not recommend.

slightly difficult to find the correct entrance in the corner of the parking lot the first time, but very attentive staff and the car came out sparkling

Very bad service, they don't wash the cars well. I took mine and they left it poorly washed. The Korean owners are also disrespectful to customers. They tell you they will do a good wash and they charge you $50 for a bad wash. They don't use soap. I will never go there again.

I paid for the ultimate wash and they cleaned so poorly. Didn't even vacuum the seats or wiped the inside

Short of getting a full detailing, they always do the most thorough job inside and out of anybody I've been able to find in the area. I'm a regular here, and every 10th wash is free.

Bad customer service, no explanation of services. The owner pushes employees to move fast and get things done fast that affect cleaning services. It isn't worth the amount of money with services provided, I wouldn't recommend it.
