I bought my mattress from the Mattress Warehouse not too long ago, and the whole experience was pretty smooth. The sales team was really patient with me while I tested out a bunch of different options. I probably laid on half the store before making up my mind. The delivery was quick and professional. The only downside is the price. It's not the cheapest place around, and I did feel like I spent more than I had planned going in.

Stacy greeted my husband and I as soon as we entered the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and adjustable frames. She was patient and kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. Stacy just had exceptional customer service skills.

Went to a couple of stores before going to Mattress Firm, and the minute we walked in, we received a warm welcome from James Davis, which for us made a big difference in whether or not we would do business with the company—and we did. He took the time to explain the different type of mattresses as well as the pricing. And at the end of the day, we were very happy with our purchase. I’m going back for another purchase, and would highly recommend Mattress Firm, and especially Mr. Davis to my friends and family.
