Walked to get some help with my phone . Started to talk with alberto . He dont talk good English so we were having hard time explaining the problem. But as we already have phone and he cant make commissions he was kinda rude from beginning and not trying to help. But again I asked him couple work around to get help and he keep mentioning " you need to call customer service " customers services literally says you have to go to store to get account fix with . But anyway this dude didnt help so had to call customer service and you know all customer services are bad and takes long by the time I talk with someone my phone died. I asked albetro or whatever his name was if can borrow a charger for some time to charge to at least finish my call . He mentioned he dont have charger ( another lady was there ) I dont believe that but anyway i said ok and left and grabber the cable from car to see if he can at least give me box that I can use but he is like nono blah blah and when I look in his table his airpod was literally plugged in. I mentioned him and he started like but this is my cable . Mf do you think I will take ur cable home. All i need to receive pin for my account so I can get access. . This mf is liar and can even help with small thing dont even expect to get any genuine help from this place. Mf think that letting me charge the phone for 5 min reduce his paycheck or something. His attitude and behavior is no where close to customer service . Cant speak english . Cant help small stuffs who even hire this kind of people to work in customer service.
In short: they lies about everything dont even bother going to store and get any stuffs buy online its cheaper anyway. No point of giving commission to this stupid rude people

Metro By T-Mobile's service has been exceptional and has rekindled my confidence in the company. Their customer service is remarkable, with staff always ready to help and solve any problem efficiently and friendly with a warm smile. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Terrible service from the girls. They want to rip off a Service that in another metro branch did not charge me for quick help. She wanted $20. I imagine that she wanted it for herself because other branches did not charge for that.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We arrived at 7:30, well before closing time, only to find the doors locked. Despite witnessing another group being allowed entry, our attempts were denied by the staff. Horrible experience.

This is the Metro PCS off Diamond Avenue in Old town Gaithersburg. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.... Stay away from here... I need a manager to reach out to me as I am very annoyed by the level of dishonesty displayed here.I am writing for there was an incident at Metro PCS in Gaithersburg that really took my pressure up for the dishonesty and rudeness that ensued. I am a loyal t-mobile customer of 25 years. My Aunt has an account with Metro PCS and needed to go in to update her phone as her old phone broke and no longer works. We walked into the store on 3/23pm at 7pm and bought an Iphone 14 as they only had Iphone 11 and 14 in the Iphone series.We walked out, not knowing that there was no exchanges or refund or any flexibility if you did not like the phone, even within less than 24 hours. They also sold us a case that did not fit the phone. My 67 year old Aunt went home and realized that the phone was too big as she was upgrading from an Iphone 5 and that she would prefer an Iphone 13 that was smaller than the 14.We went back to the store tonight, 3/24/23 and told them we'd like to change the phone, and* We were told that the policy is there are no changes at all* We were also told that they have other phones on display but they do not sell those phones* We were told Metro PCS does not have flexibility for exchange or refunds* We were told they only had Iphone 11 and 14 and one cannot order any phones as there is no flexiblityWe agreed that ok if that's the policy, we understand but the phone case that was sold to us, clearly was labeled for Iphone 13 and did not fit the 14 as the buttons were unaligned and the girl who felt that she is the only one who spoke English, started to fast talk me and told me that they couldn't do anything about selling me the wrong case. I was so upset.If there is a camera, please check this date as soon as possible to see that they sold us the wrong case. This was so disrespectful and such a waste of my time. She told us she would call the manager, I was thinking the manager was there and would come from the back, instead she called the manager on her phone and asked me to talk to the manager on speaker. When I got closer to speak to the manager, she told me I was standing too close to the girl and suggested something racist.I am not asking for money back as I now understand this is metro PCS policy, but I am expressing my discontent at the level of dishonesty that was displayed tonight. The employee who was the only one who professed to speak English, called the manager, spoke in Spanish, the manager came on the phone very rude and bias and refused to listen to the fact that they had also with everything else we were just discovering, sold us the wrong case that was not aligned with the buttons on the phone and hence made it difficult to operate the phone.The employees at this store really need training because they are very rude and dishonest. I knew when the English speaking employee called the manager and spoke Spanish to her, I knew she was lying to her. She refused to tell the manager that she sold us a case for IPhone 13 to fit an Iphone 14. I tried to explain to the manager and she refused to listen, taking sides with the dishonest employee. Wow. This store is absolutely the worst customer service I experience. This review is worth 0 stars.. The am extremely disappointed. The funny part is I bought the speaker and loved it, not knowing the store would have so much dishonestly going on there and such no direction and rude employees..
