I want an app cell. I'm a long-time customer and I don't qualify for one for $49, which would be number 13. It's bad if I'm an existing customer.

The employees, specially female, who work at this store are very rude and disrespectful 😤. They have no clue at all regarding a customer-relation concept. Some of them can't even express themselves professionally!!!
I regret setting foot in that store for a phone shopping. I've purchased a Samsung Galaxy S 23 FE phone with them. I work at the hospital in the operating room. Once I enter our surgical services department, I have trouble connecting. A week after purchasing the phone, I went back to the store to repurchase the one that I used to have. They bluntly say " No." When I try to explain it, she's lashed out over my face stating that there's nothing I can do. Upon this, I've said to her that I'll take a legal action against this matter. She's said that she does not care.
If for any reasons that they don't take back their phone, Samsung Galaxy S 23 FE, and have me purchase the same kind that I used to have, I'll seriously take a legal action against them because it clearly states on the receipt that the device is returnable within 14 days of purchase. I've purchased the phone on April 25, 2024. I went back to the store this morning, May 2, 2024, to request a return transaction. They've category denied me this. I'm still questioning that MetroPCS lady's customer service skill. This is sad and pathetic!!! She has to earn a managerial skill before claiming to be a store manager.
We will meet in court!!!
Do some of this MetroPCS employees conduct shady business or what? I've purchased $790.00 worth of Samsung Galaxy S 24 FE, and they didn't provide me with a specific $ amount receipt. When I requested it, they've informed me that they don't provide that kind of receipt at this MetroPCS location. I let them know that I have to have a clear receipt that includes the price that I've paid. Upon this, the lady, very rude and disrespectful, hand-wrote the price that I've paid.

They need to be sued to learn a lesson!!!

Horrible customer service, I arrived at 7:40pm when closing time is 8pm and they had the doors locked already and the 2 girls working refused to open the doors and signaled they were closed for the day. Never coming back to this location
