It is hard to rate the montgomery county liquor stores because they are all pretty much exactly the same by design. This one is no different they have a decent selection and the prices are not too horrible.

My fiancé and I were curious about their beer selection at Montgomery County Liquor & Wine in Muddy Branch Square. We opted out of vodka samples, but we enjoyed the wine tasting of Urban Winery wines. We ended up buying $120 worth of alcohol, including 6-pk Atlas Brew Works Ponzi, Bulleit Bourbon, Carolans Irish Cream, 6-pk Silver Branch Dr. Juicy, and Tenth Ward Absinthe. There was a friendly gentleman who helped us find another Bulleit Bourbon package where the mug wasn't scratched!

This liquor store is great with the exception of one employee. He's rude every time I come there. I'm a bar owner, so I purchase large quantities of liquor that need to be packaged in boxes. Every time this particular employee sees me he lets out a deep sigh as if I'm bothering him. I'm not sure who the manager of the store is but you might want to take a look at your employees that work at the front. I'm sure I don't have to describe him as I'm certain that I'm not the only one that has had this experience.

Items are incorrectly labeled in a misleading way. Make sure you check your total before you swipe your credit card. They pull fast ones here and don't admit mistakes when called out, but will instead get defensive.
