Montgomery Village Car Wash is a convenient and affordable car wash service that has been serving customers for several years. Many visitors appreciate the fair pricing, often paying under $20 for a decent wash. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and the service has improved over time, with some customers noting that the team has become more caring, detailed, and thorough. However, some reviews mention that the quality of service can vary, with occasional missed spots on both the exterior and interior of vehicles. Customers should be aware that services like tire shining, in-car scent, and rubber mat washing may cost extra, even if included in higher-tier packages in the past. The wash lane can be problematic, with some customers feeling rushed and noting that staff may not always wipe down cars properly. Staff sometimes appear to be in a hurry, which can lead to incomplete cleaning or rushed service. There have been instances where staff were not as attentive or professional, causing frustration among customers, especially during the car drop-off process. Despite these issues, some customers have experienced positive changes and commend the staff for their caring attitude and efficiency after management improvements. Overall, Montgomery Village Car Wash offers a quick, reasonably priced service suitable for those looking for a decent clean, but it may not satisfy those seeking detailed or immaculate results. Customers seeking perfection or thorough detailing might prefer specialized services elsewhere.
This is what happens when you don't clean your own car. I could've took the 30 something dollas and clean it myself. My fault for being lazy today. I didn't say nothing to them but I know they heard me running my mouth. I appreciate the effort but come on y'all wasn't even busy today.

This is only a good car wash when the Owner is there and around. When she’s not they do not do a good job at all and have wildly nasty attitudes. When she’s there the cars come out clean and you see her walking around.

Service has gone down. Rushed and car was not properly vacuumed.
