We live in Bay Forest, Ocean View, DE - one of many of the Natelli Communities; however, we would like to say that it is the BEST one! The attention to keeping the forests within our area was a huge draw for us + the amenities; with the walking paths, pools, gym, clubhouse & so much more, all with the attention to detail that Natelli is known for. If your looking for a 5 star community, check them out.

Working with Brian has been a wonderful experience. Sadly the HOA do not live up to the same expectations. He has worked diligently to answer questions that have gone unanswered by them even after the meeting. Hopefully moving forward we may get a company that answers our questions in a timely manor. As far as the developers are concerned, I have no complaints.

Update: We were able to contact Natelli Communities, and they were extremely receptive and responsive to all our requests, even the CEO helped us accomplish our pool in a matter of weeks, after resolving the communication issues caused by PPM; Natelli Communities have been very helpful in hearing our concerns with our amenities including pool, security, trails, and any issues that arise in our community.
I’m grateful for Tom, Michael and Brian. There’s no better feeling than being heard. And, that’s exactly what they do for us.
We live in Zebulon, NC; and have been waiting for 2 years for a pool and clubhouse in our community Pearces Landing with Ryan Homes. It is impossible to get answers or a date, and we are almost a week away from Memorial Day, and the pool doesn’t show signs of being ready for the second year, calling the HOA managed by PPM Property Management, is useless because they are “not authorized” to give this developers contact information. We pay all the HOA fees, pay our mortgage, and were promised amenities. How much longer should we wait for someone to give us answers regarding our community and amenities? What is it going to take for all our residents to be heard?

We were promised a gym in our neighborhood. Didn’t happen. We had promises of the pool being finished summer of last year. Then it was pushed to this year. Now they are saying August of this year which is the end of summer. Not cool.

I’ve lived in a Natelli community, The Woodlands of Urbana, for over two years. Everything has been meticulously designed and of the highest quality. The amenities (pool, Lodge, putting greens, pickleball courts, pavilions) make you feel like you live at a resort.

If you want to see your home town destroyed, Natelli Communities is the way to go. Like poorly planned roads and hastily slammed together housing? Looking for someone to make a ton of money off of your area and then leave with it? Then Tom Natelli is the man for you!I've watched Natelli completely wreck my area for 20 years and he is coming for more! It will never be enough for someone like him, Because he loses nothing dear to him. Remember, its a big club and you aint in it!
