Waited an hour for the teller to tell me that I was missing information that I could have collected while I waited. And this was after the manager came to look at the paperwork and told me everything was fine. There were about 7 staff member there...but only 3-4 were actually working. If you feel like wasting time...this is the perfect place.

I would like to know where I can report possible fraudulent activity at Navy Federal Credit Union. I was defrauded out of money in on online scam by Linda Hodge of MD. I have reported her to PenFed Credit Union, but she has moved from Germantown to Gaithersburg. Just a warning to beware of this scammer if she tried to become a member of Navy Federal. Thank you for your time.

Terrible service. Workers who are incompetent and provide misguidance and blatant false information. Much stronger service over the phone. Nfcu needs higher standards

Slow service. Need more tellers. The bank should keep in mind that many people work the same hours that they are open so for the customers who end up coming in around closing- we are just as important. I walked in at 4:45. There were more employees in the bank than customers in line yet only one teller could tend to the clients in line. I understand that everyone has a role but as in hospitality when a line forms- it’s all hands on deck to move people in and out. In my visit- 3-4 employees walked by the line numerous of times and could care less about it. If they have so much other duties to perform they should perhaps extend their hours to allow employees to do “paperwork” for the last hour - ie 5-6 pm when doors close. I dread coming here …

There service has gotten pretty slow the last month or 2. Waiting in line and also even just getting to a person and depositing a check, took 5 minutes of standing there with the teller for him to only deposit my check.

104 Ellington Boulevard NFCU............9/20/2021......I had a pleasure of speaking with bank specialist Adriene Lawrence, Sorry about mangled her name but she was above and beyond with the customer service and very informative, and most importantly she articulated herself very clearly and practiced a lot of patience to help me to understand the banking process a little better and some good suggestions for exploring my house purchasing options, and how to truly place my finances .She was also assisting in my 13-year-old son getting his first ever account! It's good to find someone knowledgeable, who has good interpersonal skills, and also shares the same values about smart financing. She gave me a lot of information in person that she was able to verify without doubt, that a lot of people even some of my peers who are also Navy federal members misconstrued or just were playing wrong about, in regards to banking options with Navy Federal.I feel comfortable asking her as many questions as I need it because she was not judgmental, hasty, or dismissive in the least bit. On the contrary she was very engaging and wanted to make sure I did not leave that branch without having my questions either answered or at least explored with their resources.Overall good representation for the financial department she's good at what she does I look forward to getting some more knowledge about my finances from this branch.**As a side note immediately when I step through the door I was greeted by customer service and immediately logged in if you will and was given a place to lounge until Miss Lawrence came out moments later.Thanks

Nice and clean location. I was greeted by a clerk when I arrived and left. Priscila was very helpful in notarizing a document for me and explaining my account status to me.

The best part of NFC is their hours!! I mean they close at 4pm on a Saturday! They dont have accessible parking, its more like if your lucky youll find parking. The service is decent . I dont have prolems. They can get busy on Friday afternoons. Their loan rate is great if you to get a loan and their approval process doesn't take a long time. I prefer tuem over the mega bank chains.

This is one of the Better Branches of Not just Navy Federal but..Any Bank I've ever been in!! The Manager at this Location is Exceptional...For any business (And Huge Dawg Fan too)...And Adrienne, always provides me with exceptional customer service. I Love this Bank!!!!

I love banking with Navy Federal but is employees like Veronica Walden that go above and beyond that make me want to come back and do all my banking with you. I have banked with Navy Fed for over 5 years and it’s always great to work with superstars like Veronica. I got an auto loan and she made it seamless and super easy. A+++
