I highly recommend NYLA Magic Recon Auto Center. This body shop offers ‘As Advertised’ service in every aspect. The team is a group of true professionals, and I felt very comfortable leaving my X5’ , with them after an accident. They take their work seriously and communicated clearly about the process, setting accurate expectations at each stage. The parts were ordered before my scheduled drop-off, and they provided a completion time. Impressively, they called me ahead of schedule when my car was ready. All the staff I interacted with were polite, informed, and helpful. I hope no one experiences a bad accident, but if you need car repairs, look no further than this shop.

Highly recommend NYLA Magic Recon. I'm a returning customer and will continue to be. Recently, Jose was very helpful with assisting in the repair of a damage done to my car that was done on another shop. He provided great insight, detailed explanation, and transparency with how they deal with their repairs. To say the least, he went above and beyond. Adjacent to this review is proof of the great job they did repairing the spindle, barring, and hub of my car.In previous times, Sam has also been very helpful with communication and explanation of the repairs done to my car. ¡Absolutely stop by if you need any help with repairing your car! Avoid this shop if you care for good work. I was rear ended and decided to take the car to NYLA for repairs. After getting the car back from the first repair, there were new dents left in the car (not from the accident), along with paint bubbles covering the trunk. I took it back to remove the dents and have the paint wet sanded, and got the car back with a hole between the wing and trunk. Took it back a second time for them to fix that and was left with no improvement. Water now gets into my trunk when I wash or drive in the rain, my trunk carpet was soaked after a simple rinse. Had my wife’s vehicle detailed for her birthday. Steve was phenomenal- we arranged an overnight drop off. When we arrived he took us out to inspect it before paying. Will be bringing another vehicle I have in for some body work.They did a fantastic job. All of the areas that usually get missed (between seat and center console, around the shifter, etc) were thoroughly cleaned. Will absolutely return.Services: Steam cleaning

Literally, the best money I’ve ever spent on my car. It looks newer than when I bought it! And I’m not over exaggerating, there are details in parts the car I didn’t know could look so new and clean haha. 110% worth it. They even went above and beyond and cleaned things I didn’t expect them to. Thanks so much guys!

The team at Nyla Magic Recon does excellent work! My 2021 Toyota Prius was in an accident and needed a lot of work. Nyla fixed it good as new! Their Customer Service is great, too. They explain what is going on with your car in a clear and easy to understand manner. The price was reasonable and the detailing of my car was an unexpected bonus, I got it back with new car smell!
