Don't bother going to this location unless you've placed an online order.I've been there a lot since buying a new house in October. Even after checking the online inventory, what I need often isn't there. Last week it was a set of nail punches that the online inventory said they had 9 of. When I asked an employee, he suggested that shoplifting was a problem. For 9 sets of nail punches.This evening was a string trimmer. The online inventory said they had 16 and their spot was empty. After checking with an employee, he checked the inventory and said they indeed had 16, but they were crated up in overhead storage. With his help, I found them overhead and asked at customer service if they could get one down for me. The employee there told me they might be able to if they had a forklift driver in at the time. But she had no idea how much time it would take. I walked out.I've left without what I needed at least 6 or 7 time in the past couple months.They might as well change their name to Lowe's.

If you need something from the tool department, expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you find someone to unlock the case. This is not an isolated incident. It happens every time I need a power tool.

Large store... Little help.. associates are notknowledgeable about anything... They are trying so sincerely, but Zero knowledge..hey management, step up to your responsibility.. help it here. I asked for a simple overflow plate with larger diameter.. and I felt I am asking for a space ship... The only thing they can help with is to direct u to the island where you can search for it.. don't hope for more or even if u can find online or not.. I am sorry if you want to keep stores you have to manage stores.. the easiest for me now just to turn online.. right in this moment, myself and my wife we are trying to listen to ONLINE videos to understand what to do ... So fake, large but little on help

Came here on a Saturday late morning - store was mostly empty with staff restocking shelves and chatting amongst themselves. I specifically was in the flooring department for over 10 minutes with the 2 women working there not acknowledging my presence at all. They then were burdened when someone asked them a question. I went to paint to see if they could find someone to assist - but all they did was call for the people at that desk to come back. She walked right past me again and sat down and sanitized her hands. Just SO lazy. I mentioned oh you’re working in this section, I’ve been here for a while and you all didn’t acknowledge anything. She said she didn’t know what I was doing there…. Ummm looking at flooring.Don’t waste your time here if you have any questions. The staff is uninterested in doing any actual work. And the supervisor was also hanging out with 3 people and couldn’t have cared less when I went to tell them.Customer service = 0 stars.Order online if you know what you want or go anywhere else if you have questions.

Worst customer service and also price gauging!How can you claim FREE Carpet Installation(on qualifying purchase-mine qualifies) when you are charging more for the carpet than online? Carpet price in store is higher than online! FALSE ADVERTISING!And the customer reps have no valid explanation.Prices should not vary with or without installation. Installation is a separate fee. If my purchase qualifies for Free Installation then the fee is waived. SIMPLE!2 different prices are called SCAM. And I made the order online where the price is smaller.

This Home Depot like all the others had everything I needed for work, but parking a 26ft box truck with 13ft height was difficult. I had to go to an adjacent lot and haul my load uphill on foot through a blind turn and oncoming traffic. The parking structure of home depot has height limitations but the upper deck also did not allow my truck, thus my alternative trip on foot.

I worked for this location. More of the same. Corrupted companies. Store manager tried to threaten me a few weeks before I was let go. I simply reminded him. As a hard worker and wise. I will always have doors open wherever I go. Because I stay true to myself. Said and done. I am working hard. They tried to humiliate me. NothingI did my job and my respectful customers loved my service. I am glad I was of serviceI am grateful for the opportunity. But they have to improve on that. Because they def have f over many people without a doubt.

Good selection of household materials, products and items. They have good selection of indoor and outdoor plants as well. And the stuff is very helpful.

Great if you are searching for home improvement tools for your home or DIY projects. I went on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t busy , customer service and staff are very friendly and know the store by heart! I was looking for a glass cutter and an indoor flower pot. I found the first thing but they had limited option for the latter one. They also respect all the covid measure. I was also offered $5 off one of my items that looked damaged! It was a nice visit

A quiet store. I was able to get my papers shredded here. I was surprised at how dirty the store was. Not just dirty, it was filthy. Gentleman at the cash register was nice.

Store is expensive. Amy is the go-to person there. Stay away from Lenny, the new copy center manager. Unfriendly, incompetent, angry. Has no idea how to handle customers. New store mgr. hired Lenny, sad to see this store run so poorly after 20 years shopping there.

I went to pick up my online order, which should be sitting in the pick up area. It was not there, so I asked the customer service representative for assistance. Although the box was sitting behind the counter, he said he did not see it. He kept asking for my information and could have easily looked again or consulted with another team member. It took over 30 minutes to pick up on online order that was basically sitting there. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering online and being able to pick up the order quickly. Poor customer service.

The staff at this Office Depot location is incredible. I came in twice now, trying to print out pictures of my paintings and it took a long time for me to figure it out. Lenny helped me most of the time and was incredibly patient. He did as many test prints as I wanted until I was satisfied with the final product. I am over the top happy with the service I received here! Thank you so much!
